Lovely clean outdoor seating area with a lending library of books, music, a beautiful view of the marsh and sound and really nice staff. Food was five out of five for what I would expect at this type of restaurant.

Never ate here.... wanted to try it. Went on a Thursday at 7:30.... cashier told us it would be a 30 to 45min wait to get food and threw hands up in the air like a crazy person. They need to get better staff in that can handle kitchen pressure. Needless to say we left without eating.

Delicious food, extremely clean, helpful staff! On a recent trip to Beaufort SC, after a long day of travel and site seeing we were late getting supper before heading to our hotel. Culvers was just a block from our hotel so this was a very convenient spot to grab supper and we were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean restaurant with helpful staff who seemed to care and know what they were doing. The food was hot fresh and delicious! We went back the next day for a late evening ice cream on our way back to the hotel to end up our day. Already looking forward to going back here again someday!

Exceeded expectations, especially the Reuben sandwich. I waited until the crowds died down before giving it a try. If anything they were well overstaffed. Burger was good and good value. Enjoyed the onion rings and custard too. The highlight for me was the Reuben, which could have used more 1000 Island per personal taste, but one of the better ones I've had at a pretty good value. I'm looking forward to trying the fried cheese and seafood.

This was our first time eating at a Culvers and it was pretty good. The burgers were great and I'm always happy to find a fast food place that offers a mushroom swiss and burger. Our sides, fries and onion rings, were pretty mediocre. The highlight for us was the custard for sure. The Oreo cheesecake flavor of the day was delicious. Service at the counter was disconnected and borderline rude, but the table service guy made up for it by being especially helpful. The dining room also feels a step above most fast food places.
Arrived at 5:30. 2 lines full of people. Order taken in decent amount of time. Staff got overwhelmed. We thought they forgot about our order and when my son went to check they were preparing it. This is the second time that has happened. Found 2 errors on the receipt. Too busy to correct. Errors in ice cream order. All mixed up. Got an extra dish that probably belonged elsewhere. Staff is very friendly and well meaning but just need more practice on attention to detail. Didn’t take our number tags for food or icecream from the table. Owners need to be more present. There was a young person there who was not adept at running the register. Give him credit for trying. Corporate needs to visit to keep this place on track. Don’t want to see it fail.

Ordered the walleye dinner. I was told they were out of coleslaw but they wanted to up charge me for a substitute. Like why should I be up charged for their issue. Then suddenly one coleslaw was found. I was asked what sauce I wanted and requested the honey mustard. I was given my to go order. Got to the car and looked in the bag. No coleslaw, no fork, no napkin, no honey mustard. I won’t be back.

Went thru the drive thru, and there were 4 cars parked waiting for their food. Not unusual at all Culver’s. 1 hamburger & onion rings took almost 30 mins, and they still got the burger wrong. Worst experience at a Culver’s. If your a Culver’s fan, stay away from this one. I should have read the reviews instead of assuming “It’s Culver’s, they are always great”
