They are closing up the store before 9:30 pm they need to update their hours of operation!

I scanned website for a Reeses cake. Which looked great, got to the store to get it and the cake I was given was not what is pictured online. Online was covered with frosting and pb cups. I received a plain ice cream cake with about a handful of crumbles around the outside ring of the cake. Very disappointed for the price charged. What I believe I received was a 15$ basic cake with 2$ worth of Reeses crumbles. As I only picked up the cake for a friend that had paid..30$.

In disgust with this place. I LOVE the soft pretzels and cheese curds from here. Well last night I decided to stop and get myself some pretzels and my son some French fries and my boyfriend some onion rings. I myself ate the cheese with the pretzels, neither of them did (thank god) these ignorant people poisoned me. I’m not sure if it was food poisoning or if they put something in the cheese but I was immediately queasy after eating it, and was up all night throwing up. Still not feeling hot but yeah highly DO NOT suggest.

For some reason they would not honor a coupon because of a slight tear. Instead of just honoring the price they said they could not do it because it would not scan. I’m sure technology is advanced enough at this point that they could take the coupon edit the price and still honor it.

I’ve eaten there before and it was delicious just poor customer service.

They have a young boy who puts his hands all over the food. No gloves. Where's his hands been? It's disgusting!!

If you’re caucasian, you’re fine but if you are a person of color and not their race, they charge you extra for everything including water even if you have your own cup, but the Caucasians they give it to them for free

Im actually shocked this place has a 4.1 because it’s actually really good! The tenders are fresh and the fries are popping and the shakes or BANGIN!!!!!!! This place should at least be a 4.5. Everybody is very nice there and work hard. Especially for having a low staff. I’m just saying this is the way to go! “(Disclaimer!”) I’ve never eaten inside, it’s always drive through!
