My kids love Domino’s, despite not being a huge fan. I order it because they love it. We ordered delivery last night for the kids because we’re sick. I put in the notes to please leave it on the table outside because we’re sick. Susan got the food out to us quickly and left a very kind get well note as well. The kids loved their dinner and I’m glad there’s no kitchen cleanup required.

Even though I wasn’t originally very happy with my order I’m still leaving a good review because of A lovely employee who treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. She didn’t make me feel annoying or stupid for wanting another order of cheese sticks and even made them extra cheesy. Thank you!

This is petty i know. But I was really looking forward to it. I costumized a white sauce pizza to " regular marinara. And behold. Once I got home. White sauce. Lesson learned. Always look at pizza before leaving store?

Ordered 3 pizzas, which were marked as delivered yet never showed up, attempted to call several times and was never able to get through to them, attempted to place another order online and was denied, it will not allow us to choose a delivery time despite delivery still being availble for several hours.

Ordered carryout. Pizza was tasty, though sparsely loaded and very small for a large - only measured 12.5" for a 14", so missing quite a lot of pizza. Cut into 6 pizzas that were also quite small.

Came back with my food to complain it was cold after over an hour of waiting for delivery when I live 5 mins away the manager Ernest was very rude and condescending told me he wasn't going to remake my food or refund me told me and my wife to go f**k myself in front of my children ages 4,5, and 10 then thought it was appropriate to tell me how much he hates working at dominos while screaming profanity at me my wife and children and threatening us with violence and police would not recommend coming or ordering from here ever and I think Dominos should fire Ernest

This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. I put in an order for 11 pizzas a day ahead of time. Requested delivery at 1130. I called and called to confirm that morning but no one answered the phone. 1200 and still no pizzas. I have 30 people waiting to eat... finally at 12:15 the asst manager answered. He said he was waiting for his driver to show up and then said "what do you expect me to do" ... i was floored by his rudeness. He had no intention of calling me. He said in would only be 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes I began calling again and no one answered. It was over 2 hours late. We could have went to pick it up had he called and explained. He was so rude and unhelpful. He couldn't have cared less.This place is horrible. Not worth the discounts. Never again from Domino's
Well, here goes another 1 star review. Absolutely the most skimpy, dry & flavorless pizza I've ever had. Including frozen at half the cost. Total rip-off. A large 2 topping thin crust cost $20.00. Unfortunately my wife walked out and didn't look at it. It's hard to believe this store has so many 1 star reviews, but now I know why. One would think they would do something about that.

By the time “Thomas” started checking my pizza, 30 minutes went by and no delivery started yet, so the pizza stayed in their store for at least 30 minutes. So I called, waited 12 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and in the meantime placed a different order on Doordash. The Doordash order arrived and still the Dominos employees hadn’t picked up my phone call. By the time they did my question changed from “where’s my pizza” to “cancel my order”.

Online ordering let me place the order & took credit card info then sent a text cancelling due to no drivers.... Maybe they should've stated no deliveries available?

DON'T waste your time ordering from here. They will not deliver your food. Even after they charged your account. Last night 12/4/2022 at around 8:30 I placed and online order. I was told by someone who obviously had NO idea what was going on. That if my order was for dataw island. Then it's on the way. But they can't deliver the food that I already paid for even though they are clearly open for another 1 1/2 hours. Was told my money would be refunded after the machines are closed out. I check my bank this morning. And dominos still charged me for the food that I never received absolutely trash place, that will 100% scam you.

Folks, don't order from here. if you are hungry, it will be 1.5-2 hours before you get a delivery. if you call, it is in quality check. if a driver finally gets it, they will do other stops first. Again, DON'T order from here!!!
