I’ve gotta say, what a great couple of Pizzas my wife and I just got from this Burton Hill Rd Dominos tonight. Well done y’all. Crispy and delicious. Just wanted to spread some love and let y’all know.

Cooks not using hair net and you see the result in pictures I called and told them I was asked to bring it in and yes they made me another pizza to replace which anyone would do to avoid a negative comment but girl you changed my taste and spoiled my whole lunch breaks how they can cover that up ?

Waited for at least 15 minutes for them to hand me my pizza that was ready when I walked in they were too busy making more pizzas while a huge crowd still around waiting for their pizzas I got cutting up the pizzas had no hair net no uniform

Placed an online order, waited for over an hour. I drove to the store myself after attempting calls with no answer. I pull up, to a small party of 6 or so standing outside of the store- side door. I go in, greeted by a young man, and lady. Both told me they had one driver. I said I understood and respected that, however I’ve been waiting for over an hour and no answer to the phone. I could have made different plans If I’d simply been told that. The lady continued to mumble words. I asked her to speak up because I wasn’t understanding her. She evidently wasn’t speaking to me. I requested a refund for my tip and delivery charge. The young man attempted to help, meanwhile the lady in the back repeated herself that I wouldn’t see the credit to my account until tomorrow. I appreciated the efforts. When I left with my order, another car pulled up. The young man met the car and collected his drop. They shook hands and parted ways. It’s clear this store has other priorities at 9:04p. Do better!

They don’t ever answer their phone but cancel delivery orders without any warning. Management had no control over anything. Extremely unprofessional around customers. I understand things can get stressful but “close the door and don’t let anyone in” is probably not the way to keep regulars. I order from here pretty often and this will definitely my last option for pizza from here on out.

Ordered through the app and then because they said delivery was unavailable went to go pick it up and when i got there lights were off and door was locked. On the app it kept updating and saying our order was getting prepared, getting checked and was ready. There was no sign on the door or nothing to say they were closing early or anything. No way of contacting them tonight to get my money back but terrible service and just poor professionalism

Placed an order 2 days ago at 8pm it was a medium pepperoni and 5 cheese Mac and cheese with bacon, order went to quality check at 8:50pm and never came. I tried calling several times and was on hold for 30 minutes each time before I gave up. I contacted support and all they did was give a free medium pizza. But when I checked my card I was still charged for the order.
