Horrible experience…food was over two hours in delivery car. Cancelled order after midnight and was told refund would be issued. No refund has been issued. Manager Erica refused to look into why. Get pizza from anyplace else.

I used the Domino’s App and ordered a late night delivery for the hotel I was staying in. Everything seemed ok until I saw the Domino’s Pizza Tracker say “Complete” but I hadn’t received my order. I waited about 10 minutes to see if the driver might have just marked it as complete but was on their way up to my room. That wasn’t the case. I tried reporting my concern, and when I did, I was only given two half-assed “choices” as a compensation for not receiving the food I had paid for… both of which were not “full refund”, but absurd discounts for the next time you order. That wasn’t acceptable, so I called the store. The representative said that the driver had several orders and that mine was most likely near the end of his route. Then I got a call from him saying he’d be here in a minute. I went downstairs to meet him, but no delivery driver. I called his mobile phone and asked if he was at the other hotel at the opposite end of the parking lot. He was. When he finally got to me, he said that the other hotel was the only one showing on the GPS app he was using. This hotel is one of the newer ones, but so is the other one he went to instead. Plus the Domino’s store is only 0.8 miles from both hotels. This driver would have had to have been new to the area not to know that. Every reliable GPS mobile app has the location of this hotel. I get the order up to my room and open up the pizza box… and, of course, it’s wrong. I ordered a medium, hand-tossed pizza with extra cheese. I got a medium, thin crust pizza with the normal amount of cheese. The crust was also burnt in several places. The other item I ordered is difficult to screw up since it comes pre-made and frozen. But the irritating level of incompetence in the restaurant industry is staggering, and ridiculous, quite honestly. There’s no such thing as “attention to detail” in their world, and you can forget about order QC. Sometimes I even wonder if half or more of the people who work at these places can even read. The large majority of them most likely don’t even care. You should be able to revise your tip after receiving your order to reflect the level of effort, accuracy, and quality of the product(s) you receive instead of just gifting them however much for them to do their job at the most minimal (or less) effort level possible. There’s at least 2 more Domino’s locations nearby-ish… maybe try one of those instead. Or honestly, don’t get Domino’s period. Papa John’s and Little Caesar’s have much better pizza. And there may be a local pizzeria that has even better pizza. So keep away from this trash unless they’re the only option you have, and pray to the gods that there are decent, mindful employees working that day/night. Chances are, though, that won’t be the case.

Sadly we were doing delivery and that was our fault but after waiting an hour half, we decided to call got able of someone and they told us they are waiting for a driver and it’ll be another 25-33 minutes when our delivery time said 18-33 minutes so our food would of been sitting for close to and hour once it got picked up and we would of gotten it cold and it wouldn’t have been great to eat. Thankfully I didn’t pay online and was going to pay cash but they need to figure something out cause they fact that our order was ready and we canceled it and sadly they either wasted the food or ate it themselves saddened me cause like that should of been free at this point since we would of waited for 2 hours for our order when it should of be a 18-33 delivery not 2 hours. They need to either turn off delivery option or close this dominos down cause this is a constant problem sadly.

Usually always order at dominoes. Ordered tonight for delivery as always. We saw the driver at our neighbors, tried to go out before he left but he left before we could catch him. We tried to call the store and was put on hold over 20 minutes, after someone who answered said they were calling the driver. We ended up calling back and there was no answer. We started the process at 9:00, its now 11:20 when we decide to go to the store. We get here at 11:40, they close at 12, the doors are already locked. We knocked several times, and heard two people laughing and not answering. Unbelievably horrible customer service, we were told finally our food must still be in his car and there was nothing we could do. We will never get food here again. Management needs to step up.

Every time I've ordered something from this domino's, there has always been an issue- with every. Single. Order. I've learned my lesson... don't order from here. You're just going to be frustrated.

Visited this spot a bit late in the night kids and wife was bugging about pizza, the young lady was very nice and explained the menu pretty well and gave me my options and what deals were better. Very satisfied with the service

I had the worst experience at dominos tonight I ordered two medium two topping pizza when I got there my pizza was dried i asked for it to be remaid and the lady refuse she is on the night shift today at 8:52 pm Burton hill Rd 1/12/25 is the day she worked and she was very rude and nasty

Ordered delivery last week and after 1hr 30min being told they were waiting on driver, I ended up driving over to pick up my food that was cold and hard from sitting. Driver was sitting there playing on his phone. Tried ordering delivery again today and again it's been an hour since food is done and it hasn't left the store yet!! Probably going to cancel and get food somewhere else

I ordered online, after about 45 minutes I checked the app for progress on my order and it said complete but we received no pizza. I called the store and they said “it’s leaving the store right now” (this is the second time this has happened). My guess is they want to look better so they close orders early for time purposes. We finally got it and our pizza was missing toppings we paid extra for. The quality also is not good compared to other dominos. This is the worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. This is after giving them chance after chance. I’m tired of the crap service. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this store again. ORDER LITTLE CAESARS INSTEAD!!!!
