1 start is being polite as another review stated. Took over 2 hours to receive my order on delivery, called the manager who basically did nothing about the issue other than saying "it should arrive sometime". I would honestly give zero stars if possible.

The lady upon walking in there was beyond rude, I tried explaining how I simply wanted to redeem my free pizza from my previous experience because my order was messed up, and she was beyond irritated and rude about it, she said it was going to take and hour and that I may not even get my food, I’ll probably just go to a different establishment..

I’m giving one star to be nice. My order was placed at 6:19 pm. The estimated time for delivery was 50 minutes which was fine. It was almost 8:00 pm before we got our pizza. If you don’t have more than two drivers at a time to deliver the pizza then turn the delivery option off. My food has been in this person’s vehicle for an hour. I don’t know if I want to eat it. Personal vehicles are not always clean. A delivery person should never have more than three stops on his delivery. That way the people who are waiting on their food won’t have to worry if it’s worth eating when it does arrive. Corporate offices really need to look at these locations to make sure they have enough workers to run this region. So therefore I will not be ordering anything else from dominoes pizza on Burton hill rd.

When ot comes to pizza and the chains it is no question that Papa John's is the best of all the chains however I have always held domino's to a high standard and a very close second, today this changes. Food was hot, that was about the only good thing, there were hardly any toppings on the pizza and it tasted like there was no sauce at all on it. I live less than a mile from this location and have visited before but after today I will never visit this location again, I would rather make the 30 minute drive to Bluffton and get home with cold food than visit this store again.
I'm sure they were short staffed but not a great place to dine in or sit and wait. Placed our order online to pickup 1 cheesy bread and 1 boneless wings BBQ. Young lady checked our order and says good to go and adds our Ranch we requested. So we tip $4 on a $20 order but unfortunately we get back to our room with bone in wings with BBQ sauce thrown on top. We call them and ask about the wings and we were told..." we don't dip or smother our wings in the sauce we serve on the side". Well ma'am these aren't boneless wings as we ordered #1 and #2 sauce is just poured on top.We were treated as if our order was 2days ago or something but it was 15mins after we left that we discovered this folly. I doubt you'll be able to get a replacement or compensation at this place.Parking: It's barely no parking.

Pizza took almost 2 hours to get delivered and they forgot the cheesy bread. Pizza tasted like cardboard and woman working was very ignorant.

I get pizza from this location a lot, the workers bust their butts working there and that's awesome but management needs to consider hiring more people because delivery takes hours, there's one girl the works there and every time I see her she is struggling by herself. Not to mention, I get the same pizza every time and on multiple occasions they have forgotten the onions. This time I put extra onions on the order and once again received none.
