Always a nice break with all you can eat. The food is tasty and I always enjoy a dinner or lunch there.

This was exactly what I wanted! Family atmosphere, staff extremely welcoming, and fantastic sauces to accompany rib-sticking picnic food.

This is exactly what I was looking for after my son graduated from bootcamp at Parris Island. I wanted a place the whole family (14 of us) could relax and mingle. There is a buffet that you pay for then help yourself to the food and drinks. It wasn't over crowded. The BBQ was soooo good. The staff were friendly. It was low key and we were able to freely mingle with each other while enjoying the food. Perfect place for what we were looking for!

This was the first bbq place we visited today! We weren't a fan of the food. It was cold and definitely didn't look fresh. We paid $32 for the buffet and after making a plate we quickly threw it away and left. There's no flavor either in the food or lemonade.. I wouldn't recommend if you like hot, fresh or flavorful food.

Have been wanting to try this place for over a month and their menu looked amazing with so much variety! I call to order and they only have 3 sides and just pulled pork and chicken….. they didn’t have half the options they say they offer was majorly disappointed!Do not recommend

Meat heater was only partially working so all meat was barely warm. I didn’t feel that it was clean. I’ve been twice under new management and do not plan to go back.

This place has the best fried chicken ever. I'm addicted to it and can't stay away. The buffet is awesome if you like Southern Sunday food!!

How can you advertise a BBQ BUFFET without Ribs, Sausage, and Brisket! All they had for over 16 per person was fried Chicken. This was the worse BBQ in my 70 years.

How can you advertise BBQ BUFFET? There was only one thing that was BBQ, day dried pulled pork. Worse buffet of my life! False advertising, no fried cat fish, no ribs, and just crap. Run from this dump

Pretty bad experience. All off the food was cold. The potatoes "chips" were burned, no bread options, the mac and cheese had big hunks of egg in them. The staff was sitting on the counters in the back and by the drive through. The baked chicken was dry and the fried was so greasy the skin was slimy. The ONLY thing that was remotely good... was the Sweet Tea.

Great stick-to-your-ribs southern fare. Always delicious and reminiscent of your grandma's best spread for a house full of guests.. Their hours are a bit limited, but they are worth the wait!

In town for the Marine Corps graduation & chose this spot for dinner because of its rating. Was very disappointed by my experience.. Food was pretty disappointing.. basically chose between fried chicken & baked chicken.. the fried liver & gizzard weren't edible as they were rock hard. The slaw & hush puppies were pretty dry as well. The highlight of my meal was probably the homemade chips & the Mac & cheese .. which is disappointing for $16 a person. We cut our meal short & went somewhere else for dinner.

I've been going to Duke's since it was located by Stokes in the 80s. It has not been the same since the new owners took over. My favorites aren't good anymore: the coleslaw is off (too acidic), the hushpuppies are too fried (just tastes like grease), hash has no flavor anymore (used to have a smokey/meaty flavor, now there's nothing), the pulled pork is too clumpy and wet (again, no flavor), the fried okra is burnt tasting (all crunch/breading, no okra), and the banana pudding tasted like they use cool whip instead of pudding! The macaroni and cheese was the only thing that tasted ok. Plus they raised the prices, so a family of 4 was 65 bucks! I hate to say this, but I'm writing off Duke's Beaufort. For my hash cravings, I will make the trip to Ridgeland. (Visited July 2022)

Went to Dukes for lunch. I'm been going to the resturant for years. They have increased prices to 16 dollars for lunch. it also appears that they have reduced the selection and the pork seams shredded instead of pulled. I was not impressed with the quality for that price. I will not be back.
