Ummm just went by at 7:30 on Saturday evening to get a donut and they were already closed. Why advertise that you close at 8 when all your employees is going to do is close when they want. It’s a donut shop whats the reason of not staying open til the time you say. Get right

I arrived early however the lobby was not open due to staffing. There was a little bit of a wait in drive thru but worth the wait. The donuts and coffee were fresh and I scored a munchkin tin. Service was good despite the staffing challenges.

We have gone to this Dunkin donuts and total of three times in the past year and we have had the same issue each time. Donuts barely frosted, munchkins not very glazed. I would say they have false advertising because there donuts look horrendous everytime we get them with little to no frosting.

The coffee and food here is trash. The employees are down right terrible, rude, nasty and lazy. This place needs new employees and management that knows how to run a food business. Customer service is trash… zero customer service or people skills at this establishment.

If you want your order wrong, or donuts with the icing melting off or stale donuts, terrible customer service … come here. Otherwise.. don’t waste your time and money. There was one guy that worked here a while ago, not sure if he’s still there but he always made everything right. Lately it’s been terrible. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Wish there was another Dunkin near by, won’t be going to this one ! Starbucks it’s!

2nd time this week they messed up my coffee. First one had basically no creamer, this one was all creamer and milk! Where is the coffee?!! I read the order on the sticker and there is NO COFFEE!!! Both tasted disgusting. the staff here need more training and better customer service, all rude. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 the drink that’s all creamer was suppose to be a caramel craze. Employees need training on how to make the drinks correctly. Paid $7 for a damn cup of creamer and NO COFFEE.

The last couple months it’s gone down hill at this location. I don’t know if it’s new employees they hire but service has been crap. Donuts taste old 90% of the time. Glaze barely on the “glazed” donuts or donut holes and they’ve made my order wrong even on a slow day with no wait. Won’t be coming here anymore. Don’t waste your time or money.
