Coffee still great. Box of different munchkins was horrible! Even the go-to jelly was different and not good. All had a strange taste. Hope this is not standard now!

Everytime I come here the workers are rude and my coffee is always trash. The donuts always look like the icing is melted. This was supposed to be the new cotton candy donut but this looks nothing like the picture advertised.

Tried to bring the family for breakfast, the front doors were locked, went by the drive through and was told they closed the dining room for cleaning and did not know when they would be opening back up, there were no signs at the doors and 2 customers inside eating. At least put up a sign with the expected opening time... Was not going to sit in the car with kids and donuts, had to go somewhere else.

Don’t come in on Sundays.. the white lid at drive thru is so lazy asked for my coffee to have extra cream he said I don’t make your coffee. What an imbecile.

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich deal. Got home and found it to be a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Home fries were old and cold. I know they just reopened, but this was awful. Checked my receipt, and it wasn't what I ordered. Not only that, the service was so slow, it backed the patrons out on to Boundary Street. It'll be a while till I try again!

Most of the bs that goes on in Dunkin is literally because of the manager trust me I worked there and she is not fit for the job shes rude then when anything dont go her way she pitch a fit and actually cry her name stephanie

Ordered a green goddess wrap and a coffee. Coffee was awesome as always. I was asked to pull forward for the wrap, then was told there weren't any thawed and it would be a little while. I asked if I could have a stuffed croissant instead, so I left with that. I took a bite and realized it was still frozen solid. So I walked back in and asked for a remake. This remake was also frozen but at this point I had been there for 40 minutes and didn't have more time to spend with this. I get it, things go wrong, it's a bunch of teenagers making this food. However, it's unfortunate some people can't take a job seriously and make something correctly.
