Beautiful location and friendly service. We sat outside with our dog and they brought her some water. Very nice of them. We had the beef and havarti and the ham and gruyere both were good. We did have to wait awhile before our server came, but after that everything was timely.

My first time coming to this restaurant . Me and my two kids walked in after doing a little shopping at Walmart. We wanted to get some breakfast before going back home . Walked in the young lady who seated us never took our orders or came back to see if we was ready to place a order.. mean while being there for about 20 mins still no waitress came but everyone else who came in after me was seated and got their order taken… the restaurant is nice and clean but the service sucks and I haven’t even tasted the food to see how it taste…

My wife already left a review so there’s no need in rehashing the details. Before we’d even left the parking lot I’d sent an email via their contact us page and it was ignored.
After my wife left a scathing Google review they commented back and said they wanted to make it right. My wife loved the feeling of attentiveness that they showed. But then, after submitting her contact info, she was never contacted.
Pretending you care about bad experiences leaves an even worse impression that just admitting you don’t give a shit.

I must say from start to finish the best place to grab a yummy bite and be served with delight! From being greeted by a nice young man who was very personable and shared a laugh with me, to my awesome server Laney, who was the absolute sweetest, down to earth, LOVED HER. Another nice lady who was in the midst of completing her duties noticed I was waiting to check out and she notified someone: Which disclaimer: I wasn’t waiting long and it was definitely not a bother.
To the last young man who was also super personable and a joy to chat with while checking out!
If I were still a teacher, and First Watch was my student they would definitely receive straight A’s! This was my second visit, and while the first was great, this one was even better! One could say that as you continue to visit your experiences are destined to be unique AND surpass the last. I wish I had the names of the other individuals that I came in contact with this visit as I would love to give them a shout out personally for adding to my dining experience.
I must not forget, as I was so wrapped up in the service I was provided the food was fantastic! Definitely a place you must visit…AND MORE THAN ONCE!!!

My wife and I ordered online on our way out of town. We arrived a couple minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they told us it would be out any second.
During the 20 minute wait, the hostess was talking bad about customers who just left earlier that morning and posted a bad review. I would soon see why.
The food came out in a sealed bag with my name on it, the iced coffees in a tray. I asked if straws and utensils were in the bag. She says yes so I left.
Back in the car, no utensils or straws were in the bag. I went back inside and she immediately told me they were out of utensils. This was the same person who told me they were in the bag.
I gave up and left, finally opened my order, and they’d given me the wrong one. I won’t bother going back. This whole ordeal set me back $50.
