I don't eat out much for breakfast but really enjoy First Watch when I do eat there. Service was a bit slow, and the reason given was that the kitchen was backed up. Well, I was very disappointed when my shrimp and grits came out cold. I had to send them back. They looked as though they had been sitting for a while. I'm not sure if it was the kitchen that was backed up or the service.I will most likely eat here again and hope that this won't be a repeat.

Took me 50 mins to receive my eggs. They were okay but also didn't come with the correct sides. Dramatically understaffed, which the team there will tell you.

Got the traditional breakfast, eggs over medium and they were cooked perfectly! The toast is delicious and bacon was cooked just how I like it. The potatoes were okay, but good enough to keep 5 stars.The service was great, and our server was attentive and personable.The Purple Haze is pretty delicious, you can get it spiked too (I didn't spike mine). Was too hungry to take a pic of my plate, but got a couple of my pretty drink ?
