The food was good. Unfortunately the individual working the register on 10-22-25 roughly 8pm (Jeremiah J.) at Beaufort location on Robert Smalls Pkwy. Absolute worst customer service!! Never actually spoke at all, not one word. No greeting, no asking about what we wanted in any way, never asked if we wanted drinks, didn't even tell me the total. Literally just stood there with a blank stare... This is the kind of behavior/service that drives customers away the quickest!!

The best place to get juicy burgers. I love that you have a low card option where you can get the patties on a bowl or in a lettuce wrap. Ingredients are fresh. The establishment is always clean and the employees are organized and polite. There is an older lady that works at around lunchtime and she makes sure all the tables are cleaned. Highly recommended.

Came in at 9:30pm, they turned off the lights and music as if to say “get out”. A cook had to go in the back to get the front desk person They close at 10pm… I get it, but if you don’t want orders past a certain time… put that in the information. Said hello politely when ordering… thanked him and the staff. Guy was silent and staring at me with a very disgusted expression. No reason to make us feel like this for spending money at your restaurant.

Was a little worried for the beloved burger brand opening in a Bermuda Triangle of chain restaurants where the Chipotle is a disgrace and even the chil fil A will mess up your order, but they seem like they’ve got it down day 1!

Of course, the burgers are great. Extra cheese, bacon, mushrooms, pickles and lettuce? You can't go wrong. And if you're trying to decide whether you need more fries? Yes. You do. I mean, there's plenty, as everyone knows that they serve huge amounts of fries, but always go for the large fry. This location always serves up great food, and they do it fast.
Food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly.
