I don’t even want to leave a star. Let me tell you I won’t come back here ever again if I get treated differently than the regulars. Me and my family came to eat and we got a welcome in that’s it tho no service after 5 mins another family walks in sits down and gets instant service. Yeah no that doesn’t work with me. You see me and my family waiting for service and you immediately serve other people that instantly walked in. That’s fine cause I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Very racist I am a Hispanic women and I went with my Hispanic boyfriend we didn’t get served or a waiter for twenty minutes while we saw everybody else coming in getting one and my mother and sister told me the same thing I am very disappointed and I felt very uncomfortable in the restaurant because I felt that I was getting dirty looks from the workers and I am very disappointed and upset about it….

This experience was incredibly frustrating and made no sense at all. Their online menu shows options that aren’t available if you order at the restaurant. When we asked the waitress, she told us we had to order online because their system didn’t have that option. Fine — we ordered online, and she even brought the food to our table. Then, unbelievably, she told us we couldn’t eat it there, even though we had already purchased coffee. That’s ridiculous. If they’re going to force customers to order online for certain items, then refuse to let them eat it in the restaurant after serving it to their table, what exactly are we paying for? The lack of consistency, logic, and customer care here is unacceptable.

Was horrible tried to call but no one answered and they aren’t busy so there no reason why they can’t answer my good was not good at all was awful they did not add everything that was supposed to be in my order things was missing and food was really dry they really did a terrible job

We went in and the grill was being cleaned. We got a sample basket to graze on while we waited. It comes after a long wait. The chicken wings looked like they were from a bitty chicken and one looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I ask for the waitress to come over and I brought her attention to what was going on and she replies I can't help it. I mention to her she should bring it to the cook's attention and her reply was that was his business. It has a sign on the door that extra eggs would be a 1.00. The charge was on our bill and no one ever ask for an extra egg. IHOP and Waffle House will get ALL of our business from now on. And NO more sweet potato fries!

We moved to Beaufort 10 years ago and we have never had any issues with the food or service here, but I can’t say the same about any of the fast food joints around here..
I have eaten at this establishment many times and the food and service has always been good. Today was a nightmare. To make a long story short, I ordered my eggs over easy. When I got the eggs, the whites uncooked and clear. When I told the waitress that these eggs were raw still, her response was to try to give me an education on how over easy eggs have some raw egg whites and I should have ordered over medium. First of all, she is incorrect. Overeasy eggs have the eggs white fully cooked with a runny yolk. So after being told how I should order my eggs in front of everyone, I just told her that I didn’t want anything that it was fine. She then tried to lean over the table to get the menu to further try to give her loud and rude instructions on how I should have ordered my egg. She then continued to now loudly berate me on how I should’ve ordered my eggs, as well as tried to verbally force me to order over medium eggs and receive new food. So I loudly told her, miss I do not want anything, please, thank you and have a nice day. She continued to yell louder about how I should’ve ordered the eggs and I didn’t know what I was talking about. And I continued to just tell her please just leave and have a nice day. The whole restaurant watched this, as well as the manager. The manager spoke to her shortly and quietly and never said one word to me. Obviously the manager isn’t doing his job or he would have asked me what the issue was. I spent 25 years in restaurant management. And if that were my employee, she would’ve been fired on the spot. And I will never eat here again. Be aware of the egg police

I came to just grab something quick before school and my server Sharday was the sweetest person ever. She was nice and welcoming, had a smile and talked with me in a comfortable way the whole time. She has a nice warm energy to her. And she dressed up my dessert all nice and pretty! Good way to start off the day.

Visiting for late breakfast on Xmas Eve. Staff is friendly, cheerful, helpful and they actually seem happy! Great Christmas music and a charming tree! Our grits tasted soapy, but we're quickly and generously replaced with more crispy hashbrowns. I'm from WA State, and we are used to surly and unhappy restraunt staff. This was a real treat! Merry Christmas!
