Too bad I can't rate a zero on customer service. Told the lady I was allergic to something and she got an attitude. Sad. Have always had great experiences here people working here was always pleasant.

So glad I tried a bowl versus a grinder.

While it is an okay place to sit and eat, which my wife and I did today, it is best exemplified by good service of great food!

The food was good. I never make it a challenge for the one making the sandwich because my sandwich is always turkey, mustard, mayo, and cheese.

It's my problem but I had trouble making a decision on everything but I couldn't understand all the questions they were asking. That's my fault because I had been driving for 4 hours prior to getting there.

We were going to eat inside but the table were dirty and we didn't feel like asking them to clean them. That was our choice. I feel like they would've cleaned then for us but we were too tired and my wife was not feeling well anyway.

Overall, everything was good.

Fantastic employees! Best customer service in a long time. Stopped in on Monday 30 Sept. after 2:00. Place was crowded and busy. Woman taking orders was friendly and pleasant. Disgruntled customer came in complaining about no ice for fountain drinks. Customer was loud, rude and condescending to employee. Employee NEVER lost his cool. He was polite and respectful to customer. Offed customer a cold bottled drink. Customer refused and stormed out. I was so impressed and so were several other customers. Subs are always superb. Way to go!

The staff at this location are impeccable. They greet you when you walk in and carry the welcoming energy through the entire process of preparing your order and purchase. Great customer service is rare a few these days, but the location on Robert Smalls Pkwy exceeded the mark!

EXCELLENT Club supreme! Bread was fresh. All the ingredients were fresh and The staff was very friendly and made my sandwich PERFECT! I definitely will be back As this was my first jersey Mike’s sandwich!!
