Jersey Mike's Subs

The food was good. I never make it a challenge for the one making the sandwich because my sandwich is always turkey, mustard, mayo, and cheese.

It's my problem but I had trouble making a decision on everything but I couldn't understand all the questions they were asking. That's my fault because I had been driving for 4 hours prior to getting there.

We were going to eat inside but the table were dirty and we didn't feel like asking them to clean them. That was our choice. I feel like they would've cleaned then for us but we were too tired and my wife was not feeling well anyway.

Overall, everything was good.

Fantastic employees! Best customer service in a long time. Stopped in on Monday 30 Sept. after 2:00. Place was crowded and busy. Woman taking orders was friendly and pleasant. Disgruntled customer came in complaining about no ice for fountain drinks. Customer was loud, rude and condescending to employee. Employee NEVER lost his cool. He was polite and respectful to customer. Offed customer a cold bottled drink. Customer refused and stormed out. I was so impressed and so were several other customers. Subs are always superb. Way to go!

The staff at this location are impeccable. They greet you when you walk in and carry the welcoming energy through the entire process of preparing your order and purchase. Great customer service is rare a few these days, but the location on Robert Smalls Pkwy exceeded the mark!

EXCELLENT Club supreme! Bread was fresh. All the ingredients were fresh and The staff was very friendly and made my sandwich PERFECT! I definitely will be back As this was my first jersey Mike’s sandwich!!

Beware ordering online for pick up!Twice in a row now the order has been incorrect! The 1st time All 4 sandwiches were not made as ordered & the 2nd the Giant size was also made incorrectly?If you like Jersey Mike's then go inside to place your order to prevent Disappointment or just don't bother using the J.M. in Beaufort / Robert Smalls location?

Store was open on time. We were greeted with a smile by both employees that were working. We were cordially asked what we would like to order and the sandwiches were made fresh, hot,and in a timely manner. Service was fantastic! This was our first visit to this location,but we will definitely be back. This is how a sub shop should be run!

Super happy with my catering experience! Ordered 5 boxes totaling 60 sandwiches and not only were they ready when I arrived, but they were super fresh. They managed to time it perfectly, no soggy sandwiches or stale bread here and that’s not easy to do with a big order! Also order was PERFECT, no mistakes. Thanks y’all

Ordered 2 subs online. Arrived when I was supposed too. Place was busy took a while to actually get my food. I was greeted with a smile and treated respectfully. There should have been one more person taking care if online orders. My guy was hoppin busy. He did do the best he could under the circumstances. Food was good.
