Round lunch time it's a little bit congested and backed
So after being overseas for 3 years, Jersey Mikes was a sub chain I’ve missed dearly. I got the chicken bacon ranch and classic Italian and the food experience reminded me of everything I have been craving!! The red head female needed some help, as I got there in the evening, while she was preparing large online orders. I do appreciate her tenacity!

Just frustrating when dealing with online ordering, because I do it to avoid the wait times (because of work or other obligations) , but when i get there i still have to wait...what is the point of the online ordering ahead of time then?

The pregnant black female was so rude. She started with a “what you want?” I told her a regular and a large with Turkey and white American. She proceeds to make 2 regulars with provolone. Clearly didn’t listen to anything I said. I didn’t even correct her. I asked the next kind young gentleman (blonde/ginger with long hair) to please get us our order and fix the cheese. He was very helpful and corrected all her mistakes. He even apologized on her behalf. He knows how to work with people, and if she doesn’t like her job and is going to be that way with customers, she can quit and find a job where she doesn’t have to work with people.

Staff is working hard but clearly not enough sets of hands, so long waits. Even online advance orders are late. Management needs to hire more people, or pay more if they are having trouble finding staff.
