She really don’t like a black person.The bread is hard and meat be out of date vegetables not cut fresh like they advertise tomatoes are soft Subway is way better

I was not happy how my BLT came out while I was still in the store eating decided we were not going to continue eating the sandwich witch was two bites out of it ! The manger Rebeca said we could not get our money back . Was very disappointed, the jimmy jones in Brunswick ga is WAY BETTER !!! & we now ate jerseys Mike & their is service is real as their bacon too! Have pictures to prove jerseys Mike is has real bacon

The The assistant Managers Rebecca is unprofessional I keep calling every day to talk to the general manager so I can get my money back for the sandwich and she keeps giving me the go around lying. People McDonald's is way better than Jimmy johns The very nasty bad customer service went in there today and got a BLT and the bacon was raw and I went to go return with my receipt and they said I couldn't get my money backAnd I am reaching out to corporate in and let them know what happened and I got everything on recorded wast of money and for the record McDonald's is way better than Jimmy johns

Really not fast lately and seriously not nice. We use to be able to swing into this location and grab a sandwich fast. Waited 15 min and order was not correct. I always ask for the spicy ranch dip which we all know it cost more and every time when they hand you the order they forgot to ring it up. Seriously every time lately. I always auto add 15% tip but this time when they asked to ring it up and all I had was my credit card I was done. Handed food back and the manager was really snarky and said have a nice day with a lot of attitude. Will not be bringing anyone here any more.

Placed a mobile order. Upon pickup, bag seemed light. Opened bag and found there was no combo items: cookie/chips missing, ranch on side missing. Waited in line to get items, line staff didn't seem concerned with items missing. Got home, sandwich did not have items removed as requested. Wouldn't recommend.

So I ordered this spicy Italian sandwich for lunch today. I received it in this condition with zero meat. In addition to the lack of meat, the sandwich was extremely wet, gooey and inedible. I called the store and the manager said this is the way I ordered it. I would highly recommend firehouse subs or Jersey, Mike's or anything else but Jimmy John's. I called the store and talk to the manager apparently no Vito means no meat and I don't care how your sandwich showed up. Who knew.
