Well ..... This place was highly suggested. We entered the restaurant right when they opened. We were greeted with an eye roll even though there were 2 other couples seated. I ordered a margarita that was very tasty. Chips and salsa right after being seated. My bf ordered a steak burrito, the thing was HUGE! it was smothered in watered down cheese sauce. (He likes it that way, so no complaints here). I ordered a crunchy taco, and a burrito. It came with refried beans. I literally had a bunch of very flavorless ground beef. Albeit a lot of ground beef, but that is all that was in the taco and the burrito. No cheese, no lettuce, no nothing. Beans, tortilla and meat. Kicker..... $96.00 for lunch and 2 drinks each. I'm ok spending that, don't get me wrong, but Mexican at lunch??? I guess I paid for the 3 lbs of ground beef on my plate! Service was excellent, I'm not one to complain so I simply ate my meat and held my tongue. We will not be visiting again

The older female Manager is a complete and total jerk!!! She had the audacity to tell her Waiter (the one that just took our order, family of 3) that I could not order from the kids menu, yet we have a kid at OUR TABLE SITTING NEXT TO ME! We came out for some appetizers and a drink AND because of this manager, our appetizer got cold as the Waiter wasn't able to bring out more chips in a timely rain because she stopped him to have him come tell us we couldn't order of the kids menu.
I feel like this manager (have been told it's one of the partners/owners) doesnt really want business! We have come here frequently and having something else happen yet again because of this Lady is obnoxious!

NOT MEDICAL SERVICE DOG FRIENDLY AT ALL! We stopped going because they constantly set us in the bar at a booth with ripped up seats. The police came and filed a report for me in case I wanted to pursue charges. Management was very rude when confronting them!

I have nothing negative to say but also left unimpressed. We were sat quickly and service was quick overall but the food was lacking. I ordered the combo which included a taco, enchilada, and burrito. Both tasted exactly the same and I’m not sure they were even different in any way and the taco could’ve been from Taco Bell it was so bland. The shredded chicken was tasty but the meet in the other tacos was so fatty. The chips and salsa were delicious though!

We stopped in to La Nopalera last night to grab a bite to eat. It was kind of late, and not many places are open past 9 pm! My husband got the Fajitas Oaxaca, I got the Special Vallarta, and my daughter got 2 steak street tacos with rice & beans. We weren’t super hungry, but it was a RIDICULOUS amount of food!! And by ridiculous, I mean it was enough to feed 10 people, not 3. The server was so friendly and responsive! Our drinks were never even allowed to get half empty before we had refills, and he even got us drinks to go. Oh yeah, and my husband ordered the Monster Margarita, which was the size of 3 margaritas anywhere else, and only cost $15.99. The food and service was excellent, and we took home enough food to feed us for the next couple of days!
