Little Caesars Pizza

I've had so many good experiences at this store! The staff 98% of the time are the sweetest people you could ever meet that other 2% I was tired I walked in and walked out with my order I didn't even see the people I can't even put the blame on them for that. That being said I was able to walk in and walk out no problem. They care at this store! That's more than I can say for most places in Beaufort.

This is the second time they gave me burnt pizza in my pineapples was not on one of my pies. I told them about it today. When I went in here the pizza still burnt y’all need to hire people. This is ridiculous. I have pictures of the burnt pizza.

Literally waited 30 min for 4 puffs while they talked whole staff including visiting managers about bull,,,1st time uncooked meat 2nd quickest meal for 30 min with no waiting orders

First cashier that my order was as serious as a person could. Very cold face no hello and asked me what I wanted ina very serious manner, she looked at me like she did not understand me. I had to repeat my order like 3 times. Also ordered the crazy puffs and as if I new she looked at and asked in a mad face if I wanted cheese or pepperoni but if course I did not know they had choices so I told her the cheese, by the way not the best and it was almost flat hardly no cheese at all. Then another customer who was colored she had a big smile on her face to show off to that customer. Looks to me like there was some racism 🤔. Don't think I will buy there again...there are plenty of pizzerias around here.

The leader Katelyn was extremely rude. So rude in fact her co-worker explained what he knows about business and although he was 100 percent right she argued with him to try and make him seem wrong.

I went to Little Caesars to pick up an Italian cheese bread, and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. I called to place my order at 9 PM, and the young man who answered the phone sounded completely uninterested in doing his job. When I arrived to pick up my food, the lack of enthusiasm from the staff was evident.

When I got home, the food was cold and tough—not at all what I expected. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Drive thru was down when we went. Went inside that day they must have been short staffed only had 2 workers but they were still pushing out pizzas in 10-15 minutes.

We ordered a cheesy Bread and it came BURNT. We then Called to see if we could get it remade, and the assistant Manager says you have to have the receipt. After expressing that we weren’t given a receipt she says “Well we don’t give out receipts, you have to ask for them because usually they just get thrown away”. Therefore they could not remake the order.

Save your time and go to the other Little Caesars.

Such a let down. The pizza was severely under cooked after waiting an hour for pick up. Order from somewhere else.

I ordered one of their new double pepperoni, specialty pizzas with a caramelized crust and this doesn’t look caramelized at all, average the best
