Best Longhorn we've been to. Food was amazing, service was great!

Update since it's 3 years old. It's still definitely one of my favorite steak places. Service is always good or better. Staff is polite and the food is delicious and exactly like I want it. The waiter Bernie is the best, he's great, I always have a better experience with him, and every time I come, I hope my family and I get put into his section.

It wasn't the greatest experience. They had no baked potatoes. Service was horrible. We wanted coffee after dinner and was told there weren't any
clean cups. I will never go there again.

Brandon, Brandon, Brandon!!!! The most professional, attentive waiter I have had at this restaurant. He greeted us and was able to answer any question we had about the menu. I was conducting a sale and doing a class, and he checked in, and not once did I hear my straw slurping sound because he kept me topped off. We were there a few hours. After paying for the food hours ago, I was able to order a meal to take home to my husband, and he did not need the menu to look at to help me order my takeout. That right there is an employee to hold on to. Lucky Longhorn!! His father & mother truly raised a wonderful, well-mannered young man...very rare. Thanks, Longhorn, for a clean, well-kept establishment and a wonderful staff. They all had on clean attire and were at the door with smiles and holding the door. It was wonderful to see everyone from 1 pm to 5:45 pm making guests happy and actually doing their job. Props to the cook for cooking the wings to perfection and having the presentation excellent. I could go on. This day was needed. Thanks, Brandon and Longhorn.

Vegetarian options: Brussel Sprouts are the most tasteful.

To start off with the Caesar salad was good. I’d order that again if I ever returned.

However, my simple burger order was absolutely terrible; after two bites I could not even finish.

To start, pictured is the lettuce and bacon which came on the burger. The bacon was so burnt it was charred black—inedible. I asked for a medium burger and it was very rare in the inside.

The burger was supposed to come with sauce but it was forgotten. That could have been easily fixed if the server came by after the food was delivered but they didn’t come back for another 15 minutes. I finally did get something to put in the burger but by this time it was cold.

Why not send it back? Server didn’t come back until a lot longer and that was to drop off the check. Never once was I asked how the meal was so I could have something fixed. The server was pleasant enough but it appears they are short staffed so you really do get no service.

Overall it was a waste of time and money.

The servers are friendly, attentive and quick to get your order. I've never had a bad experience and I frequent them often since they opened.

Steaks were overcooked, and we waited for our food over an hour. No one even tried to explain what happened or fix the situation. We paid and left.

Absolutely awful. After an hour of waiting at our table, the waitress finally came with half of our order and tried to convince us that one of the "kids meals" is the reason our entire families' order was late. We didn't receive the rest of our orders until another 10 minutes went by. We were ignored, no one even tried to fix the situation. The restraunt wasn't even busy at all! Never ever ever going back to this location at all and 99% sure I'll never visit any Longhorn Steakhouse locations again.

Our experience last year here at the Beaufort/Rt. 170 location was much better.
The wines were good but apparently my pilot nor spilled over the top from the bar and when I picked my glass up, did not realize excess on bottom rim dripped onto my white pants!
Entrees were served 5 minutes after the appetizer was delivered (no common sense). So the appetizer was wrapped to take home.
The salads were not delivered with the entrees. Waitress apologized. Kitchen staff left behind.
The spinach dip was saturated with too much cheese; too much seasoning on beef fillet. Fillet itself along with rice or baked potato were cooked well.
Overall, disappointed with the service; doubtful if we will return to that location...may try Bluffton/Hilton Head Island location.
