Take the time to reflect on your Marine's experience by actually talking to the Drill Instructors who trained your Marine. Be sure to add this to your itinerary while visiting the island. Food on the buffet was top notch. Lots of brass were there too. Actually spoke to a Letuennant General. That was amazing. Do not overlook this activity.

Has a simple yet classic feel to it. For it's size, which is quite large, there is an intimate feel to the space. We were there for a Family Day dinner and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We dined here for family night and our group had a great time. The inside was very pretty and decorated nicely for the Christmas holiday. Staff was friendly. Beers were cold. Food was very good too!! Stroganoff, pilaf, chicken/sausage gumbo, steamed veggies, dinner rolls, lots of dessert choices.
Atmosphere was pleasant, check-in staff cordial, wait staff was cordial but not attentive to empty water pitchers. The meal was well prepared and presented. DI did not interact with our table as we were informed would occur. Otherwise a very nice evening. As it was a family event it would have been nice if our Marine could have attended.

Everything was wonderful except the music that was live, which was very good, was just a bit too loud. The DI's that came to our table to talk to us you could not hear them because the background music was too loud. Music being played is great just not too loud to hear people speaking. This is why we bought tickets, to hear what the DI's had to say.
