I can echo the sentiments of everyone on here. Stopped for a “quick” bite before we hit the road home. Ordered on the kiosk, which was broken. Had to wait on someone to come to the register for us to pay. Didn’t get drink cups, so walked back up. Basically ignored by the employees as they stood around and talked. Finally looked our way as I had to get our own cups from behind the counter.

When will this shut down??? Burger King in the same parking lot shut down. It’s now trying to be a CookOut but not open yet. I went to drive thru and she said her speech and said order when ready so I did. 3 mins later came back on and said the same thing. I asked for a milkshake with my order. Guess what??? At 11am it’s broken down, you just started lunch!!! When I got window she had a black mask on and was muttering. So I asked her to take down her mask, “it’s 2024 mind you” I’m tying to lip read at this point. She told me to “Go touch grass??” What does that mean? Got my subpar food thrown in the window and slammed so I just turned my car off and sat there. When another person came up to window to ask if I needed anything I said yes , Ketchup, please and thanks. Food was nasty. Tried the new double Big Mac. Bun was old and crumbling . Fry’s couldn’t even be chewed. Disgusting. Please close. The problem is the same employees floating in between fast food restaurants. Do better cause Five Guys will shut you down. Right across the street. Are you not seeing the reviews on Google. They won’t clean anything like the upstairs It’s always blocked off. Milkshake and ice cream are always broken. We all know what that is. It’s laziness!!! Do better because we are tired of this!!!!

Its rare for me to give a bad rating, but The drive the experience at this McDonalds was terrible. Neither of the girls working belong dealing with public. The first one got the order wrong and the second one had no desire in making it right. Disappointing after eating the day before at a competitor across the street where the service was the best. Will not return to this store.

Actually the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. It's a pity they shut down the Burger King that was right next door. Want your food in a reasonable time? Forget it. The McDonald Brothers and Ray Croc themselves are rolling over in their graves solely due to this location. I have tried this location multiple times hoping they fixed anything, I've actually gotten food poisoning from this location twice, once from McNuggets that were not properly cooked. The other time from a cheeseburger for the same reason. I would pray that you never doordash from this location because there is a 90% chance they will butcher your order. The last time I door dashed from this location, not only did they mix up my order, but they didn't even remember my drink based on the receipt versus the food I received. Want to go through the drive-thru? Good luck! It doesn't matter if there's no cars ahead of you or the line is backed into incoming traffic. You could finish an entire season of stranger things before you get your food.....AND ITS STILL GONNA BE COLD. Also stay away from the bathrooms, they both reek when the doors open.Kid-friendliness: Really kid friendly when the staff is constantly using the N word.
