This was fantastic! The Irish coffee to die for! I had the Shepard's pie and my husband had chicken curry. Both were done perfectly. The staff was great! We actually ate there twice and had afternoon and evening drinks after the theater.
Their customer service is still lacking, when someone says thank you. Usually you would thank they would at lease acknowledge your kindness. Basic customer service. It seems a few employees have a hard time returning the jester.
As we stood speaking to an old acquaintance we ran into, the floor person picked up his bag and tossed it in the trash. He had not eaten his meal. Once he noticed, he spoke to the manager who spoke to the worker who acknowledged she picked it up without checking the contents(who would?). They replaced his meal no charge.
