We were in town for a day and wanted some local flavor. The fried chicken plate and shrimp and fried fish platter did not disappoint. My partner kept raving about how the seafood and service are better than at home in Miami. Special thanks to the littlest McKinnon for making sure we were well taken care of. ?
Excellent local seafood! Batter was so light and seasoned perfectly! Prices were great and so were the portions. They don’t say jumbo shrimp but they definitely were. Just delicious! Locals definitely need to try it. #eatlocal

The Capt Crip’s Seafood Boil was phenomenal! Perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and HOT! We had to wait a few minutes to let it cool down enough to eat. Loved it! And the McKinnon’s Seafood Sauce was a-freaking-mazing! I would buy that stuff by the gallon and put it on everything. We visit Beaufort fairly regularly and we will come to McKinnon’s whenever we are visiting. Thank you!
