Still some of the best pizza 🍕 after so many years. You can go just about anywhere for pizza nowadays but there's still no other like pizza 🍕 hut. 👍Just don't eat too much or else all those work outs 🏃♂️➡️🏋♂️will be in vain. 💯

Our pizza was so poorly made here. I walked in and the gave us our food and all. But when I got home, the pizza was all hard!! The cheese was hard, the crust was hard, it was hardly cheesy. In fact, it wasn't even traditionally hot and cheesy!! And to make it worse, the cook cut it so poorly, i had to the slices myself and it hardly cut it with a sharp knife! I think they simply gave us an old pizza they made earlier or from a canceled order, and they just willy nilly handed that to us. That's so lazy and unprofessional. I hope they do better.

I called for delivery for one pizza. It's been 3 hr. Called but nobody ever picks up. Not even the manager. It's a sorry excuse for a pizza but and should be ashamed of it's service. I remember pizza but being really good but the service has gone down hill. And I still don't have my pizza

Sorriest excuse for a Pizza Hut I have ever seen. When I walked in a girl that worked there was sitting out front with her boyfriend. The other guy was in the back stuffing his face. He comes up to take my order and said the computer was not working and started pounding on it. I am a network admin and all he had to do was re-start the machine but refused. Neither employee was wearing a hat or was in any type of uniform. The place was nasty and We will never be back. This is part of the reason Pizza Hut is no longer a favorite.

Could've been a lot better for the price. Spent 63 dollars for 5 items. Wanted delivery, so that's what I ordered, then get a call saying they didn't have any drivers. The food was great, but the desert wasn't even cut, and they didn't put ranch with my order either even though it's on the order ticket 3 separate times. Like I said food is great but the service was horrible.

They’ll never tell you if they don’t have a driver for delivery. They’ll accept the order, charge your card… and have you sitting around waiting for a pizza that’s never going to be delivered. At least call your delivery customers and inform them so they can make other arrangements if needed!!

Always forgets the 2 liter when they actually have a delivery driver. They give you credit when they forget your drink during delivery. Which you then can’t use because they don’t have a driver. Nice stuff

By no means is this a knock on the employees, they do a good job. It's simply that pizza hut is a de lining product it's basically toxins pizza rolls unpacked. If you are hungry it does the job

Ordered on the phone 9:37 pm 1 medium pepperoni pizza, picked it up 9:55, pizza already done and in the box in an oven. My fault didn’t look at it got home opened box pizza all dried out. Must have been sitting too long on the shelf. It was literally the most horrible pizza I’ve ever eaten. I called the store to let them know, spoke directly to a young woman who informed me that no one else complained and the went on to explain it was because it was a thin crust. I proceeded to explain the cheese and pepperoni were all dried out along with the crust. Customer service very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I asked to speak with someone above and was told the store was Not Corporate but individually owned. I asked for the owner’s name as well as hers and she refused to give it to me and then just hung up on me. I have traveled the world eaten pizza most everywhere, worked for several pizza shops in Philadelphia growing up and was the owner of an Award Winning Service Co. for 40 years. I commented the owner would like to know what he is producing, selling and the way his store treats his or her customers… that was right before she hung up on me. If there was a rating less than 1 star that’s what I would have give them, it’s not that I would not go back again, next time I’ll check the box before I leave and if it look dried out I’ll give them another lousy but truthful review and never purchase from them again. Horrible pizza and Horrible Customer service!
Got home to Bluffton the pizza was not correct. It was hard with not all the correct toppings it was supposed to be tavern style cut in squares .I called the store someone who stated that she was the manager answered the phone...she was short talking and rude. Never will I order from there again and I will be contacting the corporate office...I am the wrong person to be ugly with....when I am spending my hard earned money...I don't care how much I pay it's my money and I deserve and demand better service...find a new manager that knows how to speak to the customers.
