We are usually unimpressed with the quality and uniqueness of meals at most restaurants. The Ribaut Social Club exceeded our expectations. Our meals were delicious, and the service very professional and attentive. The prices were expensive relative to most restaurants in this area; however, the food, service and ambiance were all excellent.

It was a truly remarkable experience for the both of us. Very charming, intimate setting space looking over the River. Sarah was our hostess/waitress and did not disappoint. From reading previous reviews we were hoping for her. Drinks were nice, I had a 1770 Old Fashioned, which reminded me of back home in Wisconsin, dining at the Ishnala Supper Club. My wife had the filet and I had the Duroc bone in pork chop.. Awesome moistness through out. Make sure you have the coconut cake for dessert. Looking forward to the next special occasion to revisit the Social.

Our recent dinner at the Ribaut Social Club was a major disappointment. While the wait staff were very attentive and pleasant, the food was mediocre at best. My husband's mussels were so sandy as to be inedible and his filet mignon, ordered medium rare, was raw and dripping blood. Despite his mentioning both issues to the staff, there was no replacement or reduction on our bill . Our server merely said, " I will let the chef know." Finally, my husband and I have traveled extensively here and abroad and eaten at many fine dining establishments especially in NYC, and must say that the price at the Social Club was both ludicrous and insulting.

We live right next door and LOVE the place, and brought our friends from Naples, FL, and they loved it as well, down to wanting to find ways to steal (not really) the dining room wallpaper. Food, cocktails and wine choices were perfect!

For my birthday we returned to the town of my formative teen years and I wanted a memorable experience. Chef Scott London delivered in spades. We could not have been more impressed, tantalized and satiated by meals beyond perfection. Ryan and Sarah at the front of the house kept us moving in rhythm with the charm of the home. We enjoyed our experience so much we returned for cocktails with family. This was a truly memorable birthday.

The food was great but quite frankly we found the selection of entrees and appetizers to be minimal compared to the posted menu and prices for food considerably higher than comparable restaurants in the area.

Had a delicious birthday brunch with several friends on Sunday. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the pitchers of Mimosas were wonderful. We sat outside on the porch which made the ambience perfect. They even brought a piece of coconut cake (with a candle!) for the person celebrating her birthday! After a short hiatus, we were glad they are doing brunch again. It's well worth it!

This was a very special birthday dinner for my wife and the staff at the Ribault Social Club did not disappoint! Everything was extraordinary from the time we walked into this beautiful restaurant and inn. Our server, Sarah, was extremely professional and courteous as she went about sharing with us the menu offerings of the evening and the craft cocktails that were being offered. Everything the way order was delicious Sara even arranged for us to meet the executive chef and sous chef. What a treat! The Rebault Social Club is the perfect place for your special occasions. We celebrated our 50th anniversary. The atmosphere was perfect. Quiet, classy, beautiful decor with impeccable service. The food was delicious. My wife had the filet and I had the halibut. The restaurant and the inn should be on the list of favorites when visiting the exquisite SC low country coast.
