The pizza is decent but the service is one of the worst I've experienced in Beaufort. I ordered pizza delivery from their website and it never arrived. When I called to find out what happened, a lady kept saying that I probably ordered from their pizza/hibachi place on lady's island. I already know they have 2 locations and 2 different websites and made sure I ordered from the correct one (order.ryanspizzasub.com). Even still, if I had ordered from their hibachi location by mistake, then why didn't they deliver to me? They also have pizza delivery. I wasn't being rude or anything, but the lady just hung up on me! I called back and the same lady handed the phone over to the manager (I assume). She insisted they didn't charge my card as they had no record of it being charged or the amount. I told them my card had a pending transaction for "RYANS PIZZA AND SUB" (not Ryan's Pizza and Hibachi, btw) but she insisted it will not post to my card, saying "the charge will go away, it didn't happen." It's now Monday and the transaction posted, forcing me to submit a dispute. Where did the money go if it "didn't happen?" This place runs a very shady business with a website that offers online ordering that doesn't work. It's unfortunate because I do like their food, but I won't be ordering from them again and will make sure others stay far away.

I can’t lie.. my pizza was good but what made it bad was the customer service! These people don’t know how to simply say”hello” and “thank you “. When I went to pay for my pickup order, the girl didn’t even said “hello”or anything at all! After I paid she never said “thank u and come again “. Hospitality is what I look for because I’m in retail myself. I will never go back to this rudely place unless it be major changes and I hear about it! It’s a shame because I enjoy their pizza but their customer service is absolutely TRASH! U lost a customer!

10 people in our party. They took great care of us and all the food was good.
I paid for extra sauce for spaghetti and meatballs and it barely has any. I also paid for 3 extra meatballs and only received 4 so I guess if you order spaghetti and meatballs you only get 1.

Horrible service,waitress and manager on duty- both unprofessional.Manager did apologize for poor service but she didn’t train her staff. Food ok . prices ok. Atmosphere great (customers). Overall a 2.5 stars.. don’t waste your money or time

We love Ryans Pizza — one of the best places in Beaufort for pizza. Family owned and run. Our favorite item to order is a custom large bacon, mushroom and black olive pizza. They have a sit down bar, pool table and dining area.
