The food was tasty. A little pricey for the quality, a little fast foodie but tasty

I've generally had a positive experience here. The staff is consistently respectful, and the food is quite good overall. While the sushi isn't the best I've ever had, it's decent for Beaufort. Everything else is pretty solid.

Amazing customer service the server was very sweet and helpful, food was good the soup was average and the tempura veggies a little too greasy but they’re fried so I guess that the way it supposed to be, crunchy rolls were divine…

I’ve ordered sushi for lunch and dinner to go the past couple weeks daily. The sushi is by far better than everyone else in town and excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for sushi and takeout.

Really good sushi and we had good service. Beaufort has other sushi spots, but I haven't tried the others yet. Sakehouse is good stuff!

They have a really good seaweed salad and kani salad, but they don't make rice less sushi so that's a bummer. Their sashimi is good and they make some really good rolls. I wish they would use regular Ginger instead of that pink colored stuff but at least the "wasabi" paste is good.

The food and staff were great. The show at the grill was very good unfortunately noone in my group caught the flying veggie! Can be pricey according to what you order so be prepared!!!

I don't know what has happened, but something is VERY different here! We faithfully eat here at least 3 times a month! We have never left disappointed, but did so a couple days ago. The normally flavorful hibachi shrimp had zero taste and the shrimp sauce was downright nasty! Sadly, we are afraid to come back. We spend close to $100.00 every visit and cannot justify that kind of expense when we didn't even finish our food. We are extremely upset about what has happened to our favorite restaurant!!!!!

If you’re looking for hibachi or sushi I recommend you just take yourself across town to yummy. Sake house has fallen from their old quality and you can tell. The shrimp hibachi was mid, the shrimp sauce was much thicker than usual and seemed to be missing some seasonings, the steak yaki udon only has a small bit of cabbage and carrots in it, the fried oysters are a mess and their prices on door dash are inflated from their regular menu. Even if you place a pickup through DoorDash the store has set the prices on everything higher than if you call in. The only thing that was still good was the rice.

I had the shrimp and scallops hibachi dinner it had a weird smell didn't taste well gave me diarrhea never ordering from here anymore wouldn't recommend eating here

Service was courteous and efficient. Sushi didn't disappoint. However, do not look up at lighting fixtures or air conditioning vents. There is dust accumulated on them that looks like it's been there since the Chinese wall was built.
