The service is incredible here. Some of the best servers I have personally ever had.My Fiancée and I have been here twice and it always been amazing. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody in and out of the Beaufort area.

First time at Scratch last night and it was incredible. Had the calamari as an appetizer and the radiatore for dinner. The first radiatore I was served was good but the sauce was liquid so it wasn’t sticking to the pasta. However, after I mentioned this and asked the server if this was expected, she brought the manager/owner over and they had it remade and it was delicious. This is why I will 100% come back as that is excellent customer service! Cannot wait for my next experience

Our service from Brittany was exceptional, her joyful attitude and attention to our needs made the evening special. The pasta was as good as I have ever had, coupled with an excellent glass of wine. We had guest in towm this week and ate put 4 nights, the meal tonight was the best tasting and value.

First and last time a biggest disappointment in culinary arts Saul supposed to be on the side looks more like someone to spray the sauce bottle. in the mozzarella sticks where not cook well

I stopped here to pick up lunch, and by far the best lunch in Beaufort!! Best value for your money and freshest food by a mile! I got the whipped ricotta appetizer, minestrone soup, and the porchetta sandwich! All fabulous!! This is gonna be my regular Thursday lunch spot! 👏👏👏

I had the PEI Mussles and Brussel Sprouts. The Mussels were best I have ever had. 1000% better than any place in Paris France. My wife had the Riggatini with Mushrooms. Oh my I tried some. Wonderful

The atmosphere and service was good we were greeted at the door and served promptly. It was a very nice restaurant but the food lacked flavor. I ordered the rigatoni and added chicken to it and we waited approx 30 min for the food which isn’t too long but isn’t quick either. It just wasn’t wow and my dish was mediocre. The sauce was of no substance and chicken was not seasoned. I’d say if Olive Garden was across the street they would have some big competition.

Did not care for the food at all. Had the Butternut Squash Ravioli, it was so sweet I felt like I was eating Desert and not Dinner. The name is very fitting Scratch because I will definitely be scratching it my list of places to go to dinner at.

As an Italian American -Finally good Italian without driving to Bluffton!! Food was delicious, fresh & innovative. Server was friendly & attentive. Good variety of menu & drink selections. The Cassada cream in the cannoli was the only minor weak spot but still tasty & the toasted marshmallow (a favorite flavor of mine)was a fun & tasty addition to the dessert! Prices not Cheap but reasonable & on par with today's costs. Came for hubs birthday.Will definitely be back!!

My wife and I came for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened. We were very comfortable in the setting, the music and atmosphere were very relaxing. Brittany served us well and, though the prices are a bit high, it is nice for special occasions if you are lower income. Definitely recommend!
