Fish are sold by the lb. which is easy to weigh, but when it comes to shrimp, they are sold by the count...12/23/2023 was a busy day at the market, but somehow, someone got it wrong...X-large shrimp should be 16-21 count and sold at $14.99 a lb that's a good price...But what if when you get home and count your shrimp you have 29-31 (some broken pieces) which should have been sold as Large.
