They need to figure something out with DoorDash because I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for an order that should’ve been picked up 35 minutes ago. Use the stall to ask for help, but we did 20 minutes and decided to come into the drive-through and then waited another 15 minutes just to be served and to get what I needed especially when this was a breakfast item. Along with that when I told the person on the speaker that I was here to pick up a DoorDash, they clearly say in the background that they do not see a DoorDash order. I also saw one of their employees going in the bathroom for 35 minutes and just coming out as I’m leaving

we ordered sonic through doordash only to find a MEALWORM IN OUR SLUSH
we tried calling the restaurant and the manager was less than helpful and tried to blame our door dasher when our drink was sealed per usual
so don’t go to the sonic by beaufort walmart unless you want worms 👎🏻

I Placed a mobile order at 4:08pm they said they'd be out shortly, ended up waiting like 20 minutes till I got fed up and pulled to the window. Did they forget I was waiting at the pick-up cos they handed me the food right away? It was obviously cold so I got them to remake it. That took like 15 minutes and the food was still kinda cold. Wtf is going on🤦🏾 the same bs happened a couple of days ago.

Service is absolutely abysmal here. DO NOT use the app to order at this location. Yeah, I know it’s happy hour all the time on the app, but they can’t seem to pay attention to the drive thru and the stalls at the same time. Drive thru is more important to the company, cause it’s not happy hour. Waiting 20 mins after checking in at a stall for 2 drinks to come out is about average timing for this location. So if you want to take advantage of the perks the app gives, ensure you have 20-30 mins that you can waste, cause this Sonic is going to take it.

The menu board outside has items that are no longer available so you don’t know what they actually have. I ordered food by number and they had no idea what that was.

So I ordered by name and ended up getting the wrong food. Even the food I did get was made wrong because I’ve had it before. Toys were old and had been sitting in warmer for a while.

Employees are terrible can’t serve the food properly or in a timely manner. I spent 30 minutes after getting told to pull forward with 2 other cars infront of me to wait for my food. Management needs to get things straight at this Sonic. I fully blame management for being crappy leaders and not holding their employees accountable for being horrible. It may be tough to get good working people but management could do their people’s job just as well. The girl working drive thru was too interested in flirting with the guy she was working with to get the order correct. Pretty much screwed the whole order up. Took about 15 minutes to get our food while we were waiting where they told us to move to ahead of the drive thru. Tots were rock solid. The wife’s order was screwed up! This sonic is not worth the wait anymore. It used to be good!

Ordered through the app… Got my order (had to go through drive thru), didn’t check the bag just drove off. Once I realized there were only 4 mozzarella sticks and not 6, I should’ve turned around.

Gave me a regular cheeseburger (with onions, tomatos, ketchup, & mustard), even though I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with only mustard.

I LOVE Sonic Mozzarella sticks… This location ruined that for me.
