Anytime I go to Sonic, they always forget the condiments. One would think if you’re getting a fried potato of sorts, you would get a sauce. This time I asked for ketchup in the window, “sure sir, anything you need”. Nothing. Not even a napkin to wipe my face. By default you should be putting ketchup in every bag.

Sonic has good burgers and their tots are fantastic. Wife loves their chili cheese dog but I'm stuck on their cheeseburger. They also have great shakes.

Burger and pickle fries were great. But they gave us a coney dog that looks like it’s been cooking for a week. Hard, black, dry dog jerky. Of course I got a chili dog and didn’t see the terrifying sight until I got home. I usually love sonic but between this one and the one in my home town I’m saddened by their drop in quality.

Well first trip to a sonic so I don't have anything to compare to however, half the order screens outside are broken, bathrooms looked like homeless people live there and the burger I got made mcdonalds taste like gourmet food lol. Definitely have 0 desire to ever go to another sonic.

Food was wrong 3 times and charged twice for it . Finally just gave up and left . Wanted the bbq chicken with cheese tator totes with a ocean water. First was given wrong drink . Then got to looking they gave me plain chicken . I let them know they came got the bag. I left my cheese tater totes in the bag with my chicken when they took it .Didnt think anything of it . Thought no biggie. Nope got the bag back. no cheese tater totes just plain totes & still plain chicken . So I asked again and they charged me again . Tried to explain what I wanted & got no where .

I've only ordered my meal 2 minutes ago and they brought it out in no time. However the burger is unseasoned, the patty itself doesn't have any taste. But other then that, it has good service.

Literally had to edit my review. Not sure if Rachel ( who was always professional ) at Drive thru is still with this establishment but this is the 2nd time I’ve place my order via the app Checked in and the employees had me waiting for over 15mins in the stall. Mind you the screen has my name and tells me the order is in the kitchen. When I pressed the button to find out what was taking so long. I was informed no “car hops “were on duty and I needed to use the drive thru . I wasted another 10 minutes in the long drive through line. When I got my order I asked to speak to the manager on duty and she was unsympathetic to the fact that I had to do all this waiting. POOR customer service! Oh yeah and they were out of large and extra large cups POOR management by the manager
Service was prompt and the fries were warm! Ordered 1 water and got 2! They weren't lying when the said "1 foot coney dog" I whipped out my tape measure and gasped with joy and wonder.

Always disappointed with my drinks. Ordered their signature cherry limeade & tasted like watered down sprite.Ordered a mango sweet tea & taste nothing like it & it also came with no ice whatsoever! The services isn’t bad but the quality of the food & drinks is not great.

This sonic is hit or miss. Morning staff on Jun 14th was absolutely great and they made great food!!;Staff for the previous 2 mornings seemed to not want to be working and the food was subpar at best. Definitely makes a big difference who is working. I wish I knew this mornings staff schedule so I would know to only go here when they are working. Lady at the window this morning had a great smile and was very friendly.

I really enjoy eating at Sonics, but I asked for a large sweet tea. Got home it was unsweetened tea. I was disappointed. I went back with the receipt, told them what happened. They gave me another large sweet tea. I drive away thinking this time it was correct, it was not. I still ended up with unsweetened tea twice. I gave up and went back home to add sugar to my unsweetened tea. Very disappointed.
