decent coffee, cant make cold foam to save their life, the employees are way to loud. yelling and overly energetic.

There are always long lines and long waits at this location.
But mostly every time I get a latte here I end up with a stomach ache. I don't know if they're not refrigerating their milk properly and just leaving it out or what is the problem. I have lattes at different coffee shops and other Starbucks locations and don't have this issue

I'm proud to say that I am Self-employed working for one of the greatest company World Wide and proud to be a part of this company DoorDash for more than 5 years with More than 21,000 lifetime delivery's here in Beaufort S.C.
There's only one employee that's horrible to towards some DoorDasher's and very racist to me and Disrespectful.
I reported that this one employee deliberately put a hole in the bottom of the bag or she know the cup had a hole in it, and it spilled all over my brand new 2024 truck a month ago. Starbucks never contact me or did anything about this.
This past weekend, this employee locked the doors locked people in and out when this store in the past had a đ„ before. I was treated bad along with other African Americans like we were not important to our on customers.
I waited 2 hours for 2 cups of coffee for a customer. I believe( Kurt )should take her position he is a wonderful person and very difference he is not racist.
Kurt have only worked for this company for maybe 2 months and knows most of the customers name. This company could use better employees like (Mr Kurt) (Ms.Dorothy)(Ms. O)and the too other lady's and the Beautiful lotino Lady.

This young girl have no respect at all, she parks in the restaurant parking for customers đ she didn't care about the DoorDash 's of Color she is the worst person ever.

This has got to be the slowest location! Inside and out! Online and In person! If they know that this is the only location in town, add additional staff! And they are always out of a lot of things! I would rather drive to okatie because itâs actually quicker! Very frustrating!

I want to sit and take time to write this. I love coming to this Starbucks. There isnât a time when someone who knows Iâm a regular and they always are sure to say hi, or even know my Matcha order by heart. This is a great place of great souls. Kate, Kris, Jalla, Alana, CourtneyâŠ.the list goes on and on. Thank you for being a part of a smile and always taking care of me or when Iâm with Mom. Itâs nice. I know this is one of busiest places in Beaufort and itâs going to be one of the ones Iâll miss.
I think we need to break up Starbucks. The service is slow, the food is mediocre, the coffee is great but the prices are too high. Your success is killing us.

It is Starbucks, what can you say? You will always get a well prepared commercial coffee drink, nothing fancy, but reliably good. Service was good at this store. Large enough store to have seating available. I still don't understand why I have to pay extra for soy milk when soy milk is shelf stable and costs less than cows milk, but I guess that is why we went to making our espresso at home instead of Starbucks everyday.

3 employees running the ENTIRE store during a rush, waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a sandwich. The only reason this store is getting even a remotely decent review from me is because the employees were very kind. Drinks were good, just very disappointed in the wait time. The lines are always insane at this location. Starbucks surely has the resources to hire more employees and pay them a decent wage so weâll see what happens.

This is an ok Starbucks. Coffee and food is what youâd expect. The outdoor seating area is nice, but always wet because it rains so often. If you like the âhospital waiting roomâ aura, you would love dining in here.
Parking: The take out spots are easy to get to. There are only three functional dine in spots. The other dine in parking spots have been inaccessible every time I have gone due to the way the drive-thru line wraps around.

In store visit for plain, black coffee, with my own cups. Waited for more than 5 minutes, the only person inside waiting to place an order. It is obvious that the drive thru takes precedence over walk-in customers. I ordered 2 grande Cod dark roast, with room, and waited longer than anyone in the drive through queue. All 6 people on shift ignored me and one other customer to the point I put a two minute timer on being greeted or helped. Not going back. I've felt more welcomed people getting parking tickets.
