This is our second time, the ice cream is good, the customer service is horrible
Visited 2/6 around 5:45pm got dark chocolate and sea salt caramel in a pint and I have to tell you this ice cream so delicious and creamy it’s not overly sweet. The dark chocolate is actually my favorite now. I moved here a few months ago and I’m so excited to have found this little place the owner was there and the young lady serving me was very sweet and we were able to hold a random conversation so definitely no weird interactions.
Small batch and tasty. Honey Ricotta was amazing( even though it sounds ... unusual). Would recommend multiple visits.

Very few shops carry chocolate chip ice cream, and no one makes chocolate chip this good - just exceptional! Took a friend from Massachusetts, who also loves this flavor, only to find they were out. The kind gentleman behind the counter said he’d be happy to make some for us for the next day. True to his word, he did, and it was worth the wait.

A rare gem in Beaufort!! Reminds me of handmade New England Dairy Farm Creamery ice cream. Quality Deliciousness. The Ginger-Honey/Ricotta shake will blow your socks off. 😄💯👍 (I'm an actual frequent customer.)

The best ice cream shop I ever visited! While on vacation, I decided to take the kids out for ice cream. There were several shops in the area, but we chose Stellar. I got a Danish cream in a waffle cone. One of my daughters got dark chocolate in a medium cup, and my son and other daughter got vanilla in a medium cup. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. The ice cream tasted better than any ice cream we've ever tasted. It was so good that we went back today (Monday) and they were closed. I really hate that we won't be able to eat there again until next year. Also, they had great customer service.

I tried a new flavor, Ginger cream, I think. It was actually VERY good. The ice cream is creamy and the people working there say it is organic and clean. I'm a new convert to Ginger cream Ice cream at Stellar.

If your family is anything like mine, filled with ice cream aficionados, you owe it to yourself to visit this spot. Every flavor we tried was phenomenal, but the lemon ice cream stood out for me. It was incredibly refreshing and tasted like the best lemon cake I've ever had.
The owner and his employee were exceptional. They worked quickly to manage the line and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. Their passion for making small-batch, homemade ice cream was evident and made our experience even more enjoyable. They were patient as the four of us sampled nearly every flavor before making our selections, making us feel welcome and valued.
The ice cream here is the best I’ve ever had. The flavors are vibrant, the texture is creamy and smooth, and the quality is unmatched. It’s clear that a lot of love and care goes into each batch. The lemon flavor is a must-try, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice.

If your family is a group of ice cream snobs like mine, do yourself a favor and stop here. All the flavors we had were excellent, coffee chip being the best I’ve ever had and my wife said the dark chocolate was to die for. Waffle cones were great too and scoop sizes made you feel like you got your moneys worth. The owner and his employee worked fast to get us through the line and happily answered any questions we had. You can tell making small batch-homemade ice cream is that man’s passion and it shows.
