I’ve never left a review. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. If you can go to the one on Parris Island.

Avoid this location. Employees are either poorly trained or do not want their jobs.

Made a mobile order supposed to be ready at 3:05 came in and it wasn’t prepared at that time. Sandwich artist got on his phone with his gloves on and didn’t put on new gloves after touching his phone. Also the sandwiches were wrapped very poorly I know a little gripe. Anyhow I had ordered a small drink and an apple sauce in my mobile order. The fountain drinks didn’t work, and they didn’t even have the apple sauce.

If I could put zero stars I would found a thick beard hair in my sandwich. Disgusting. And as if that wasn't enough I got The wrong sandwich and only got one of the two i ordered. Ordered off the menu because I had to be quick. thinking "no way this can get messed up" wrong. Hair in my food and it wasn't even my food. So I called they picked up the first time then hung up and ignored my calls. Total bs. I'll spend the extra $5 and go to Alvin Ords next time.

Once again I have come by this Subway on Shell point to get a sandwich 10:00 in the morning. Actually 10:05 in the morning. The hours is supposed to be 9:00 opening and there's nobody here to open the door.

Sandwiches were very good and great service.

Literally every time I order here something ia wrong. I'm either missing toppings I paid extra for or not even getting the correct sandwhich or missing sides for the kids meals ect. There's Literally a problem every time. The one guy who works during the day is so freaking slow and has to ask 5x what toppings I asked for and still messes it up. I'm just done going here at all.

Came here between 1-2 o’clock ish on July 7, 2024. The two women working were swamped with a long line. They were so kind and patient with everyone in line and worked so hard to kill the line and keep a good vibe. These are the employees food and beverage needs. I want to give them a shout out on Google reviews because they made my visit extraordinary.

The manager will look at you through the window, but will not open even though it is 9:10am.

This store needs to be retrained on sanitation. When I walked in one employee was sitting in the lobby, playing on her cellphone. She proceeded to walk behind the counter and put gloves on without washing her hands and touching the whole outside of the gloves. What's the point!? I told her what I had witnessed while trying to be nice about it and she had an attitude about it, went and slapped some hand sanitizer on and put new gloves on... & after went right back to touching her phone behind the counter where the food is prepared. Next was the guy who put new gloves on to touch the cash register which had a partially smoked cigarette sitting on it and then went to finish the rest of making my sandwich...I don't understand how they have an A rating, but I definitely won't be going to this location ever again.

They get the order wrong almost every time. Toppings left off. Paid for extra meat on my roast beef and got 1 very thin shaved slice. ONE. We are done ordering from here.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's hard to find staff that actually cares and is friendly and these employees were awesome.
