This place was amazing. I left a $5 tip. My fiancee, our daughter, and I stopped in to grab a bite on our way home and I'm glad we did. Who ever was working on Dec. 20th, 2025 around 7:30 p.m. did a great job. I tried a seasonal sub with the cranberries, stuffing, rotisserie chicken, spinach, toasted then added mayo and salt and pepper and ol boy wish I would of got a foot long. We was in and out with no issues and didn't take long at all. Glad we stopped. First time ever visiting this Subway and definitely won't be my last. Those 2 guys working that day definitely need a raise. They did one hell of a job. I'm not from around here but moved here about a year ago and those 2 guys working that night sealed the deal of anytime my family or I want a sub first place we are stopping is that Subway I don't care if I have to drive across town. Sitting here writing this review I'm thinking about getting another one but make it a foot long. Hope this review helps someone out. Merry Christmas 🎄 and Happy New Year's 2025.

I would just like to take some time to introduce myself
I am the GM of this location,. I took over the store April 1st and have been doing my best to clean it up and run it as it should be
Drive thru is up and running and all employees are being fully trained (the right way)

Avoid this location. Employees are either poorly trained or do not want their jobs.

Made a mobile order supposed to be ready at 3:05 came in and it wasn’t prepared at that time. Sandwich artist got on his phone with his gloves on and didn’t put on new gloves after touching his phone. Also the sandwiches were wrapped very poorly I know a little gripe. Anyhow I had ordered a small drink and an apple sauce in my mobile order. The fountain drinks didn’t work, and they didn’t even have the apple sauce.

If I could put zero stars I would found a thick beard hair in my sandwich. Disgusting. And as if that wasn't enough I got The wrong sandwich and only got one of the two i ordered. Ordered off the menu because I had to be quick. thinking "no way this can get messed up" wrong. Hair in my food and it wasn't even my food. So I called they picked up the first time then hung up and ignored my calls. Total bs. I'll spend the extra $5 and go to Alvin Ords next time.

Once again I have come by this Subway on Shell point to get a sandwich 10:00 in the morning. Actually 10:05 in the morning. The hours is supposed to be 9:00 opening and there's nobody here to open the door.

Literally every time I order here something ia wrong. I'm either missing toppings I paid extra for or not even getting the correct sandwhich or missing sides for the kids meals ect. There's Literally a problem every time. The one guy who works during the day is so freaking slow and has to ask 5x what toppings I asked for and still messes it up. I'm just done going here at all.
