Surcheros - Beaufort, SC

Unfortunately, when my food arrived I found three hairs in it, which was really disappointing and made the meal hard to enjoy. I understand mistakes can happen, but I hope the restaurant can improve their hygiene and quality control. I paid for nothing

UPDATE: I submitted two separate contact follow ups as suggested, by the owner,with their comments, it has been 5 days, but neither came back from Surcheros as a reply, response. ORIGINAL REVIEW STANDS: Ordered online the Veggie burrito bowl with Grilled Vegetables. Received my order to go, I thought it seemed awful light. ONLY GRILLED VEGETABLES! They were nice and added the normal choices. I am just SHOCKED they didn't check with me before leaving, probably the last visit.

1st time!! Won't be my last time!!

The food is always great but I ordered a to go order for pickup and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and having waited for over 30 minutes I had to get in line to get my to go order made. So I would not place a to go order just go get in line. They were also out of chicken…. And sour cream

The only reason it’s not a 1 star review is because the nice guy that wears a beanie is the only employee who seems to care about his job and know how to do it. My boyfriend and I live near and loved coming here for dinner but the service & cleanliness or lack there of has turned us away unfortunately.

Waited far too long in a line that wasn’t very long while the workers ran around and joked with each other instead of serving waiting customers. Ridiculous. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty and by the time we sat down my appetite was gone.

Food was great…. Work area was DIRTY. Looks as if they went all day without cleaning the entire restaurant. Food and trash on the floors and tables. It took about 10 minutes to get from ordering to paying.. very slow.

The food was so over seasoned with salt it was inedible. For a relatively new establishment it dirty and beat up. I would go to Moes or Chipotle.

This was the least amount of food they could put in a burrito. The food inside of my burrito looked like a bicycle parked inside of an airplane hanger. Then they try and fold the burrito to make it look big. This was about $3 of food for $15 a person. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and go to Taco Bell, spend $6 a person for a lot more food.

I really enjoyed my taco salad, especially the shell it comes in. New and feels like it, very similar to Moe's and Chipotle.

Clean establishment. Jaylen made my order and she was awesome! Super friendly. See photo for what I ordered. I asked Jaylen to make it how she would eat just not spicy and it’s good! I will definitely go back. With tip I paid around $40 for two orders to include two medium drinks. You get a load of chips with your meal. There is a little salsa station near the drink too. Cannot wait to return!

Be careful not to overload your choices. There are many options to add to your meal.
If u are a big eater, then enjoy.

I went right after opening and I was disappointed to see that tables were not cleaned. The trash cans were full and dirty on the top. The food is delicious and I recommend the carnitas bowl or taco salad. The quelity of the queso is inconsistent because there are times when it's almost watery. My main isssue is the lack of cleanliness. Employees were friendly
