The protein / burrito bowl was sooo amazing, ate it for 4 different meals,,my daughter ordered an amazing looking burrito ,it out beat Moe's and Chipotle, for sure ,you could take the freshness in everything, when I visit again I will order something else ,amazing clean place...

Don't bother trying to come in during their scheduled hours. They don't honor it and your employees are milking your last few hours despite shutting the doors.

Really disappointed in the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was filthy. There was only one other couple in the place and we had a hard time finding a clean table. The trash was overflowing and dirty bowls and platters were stacked high. My shoes also stuck to the floor when I walked. Pretty sad for a brand new restaurant.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch. It was delicious. Had a burrito bowl , which was gigantic !! & so delicious
The staff was efficient, pleasant & all around nice.
I’d recommend this to anyone that likes Mexican food. ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻

First time I went shortly after they opened, ordered the Surcheros Tacos. They were great, even look like the photo on the menu believe it or not. Second time I went I ordered the same and it was completely different. Half the size, half the ingredients, just lower quality all around. Somehow they made Taco Bell look good.

This is my second time visiting this location. The first time it was very pleasant experience. I think the manager waited on me and explained a lot of things. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate the Christian music playing, and the restaurant was relatively clean today. The way staff was obviously busy they were fine. They were pleasant, but I didn’t notice that they needed to clean up the area where they’re making the food and as I got my food and was leaving the restaurant, there were obvious things on the floor, broken tortilla chips and paper from straws, and couple of spills. I don’t know if they were short staffed today and it was just really busy. It is a Sunday and I know a lot of people after Church stop in to these locations but they should have someone cleaning up busing tables on a regular basis other than that I will go again because their food is good and I had a very pleasant experience. The first time everyone was sweet, so I’ll give them some grace for today But just be aware that people are paying attention to that.

Subpar food, and extremely high prices. I don’t even like Chipotle very much but it is leaps and bounds better than this is. If you order ahead, they will not start your order until after you walk in at the pickup time and ask them for it, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The lines are always long, the employees take *forever*, you’ll have to assume what they want from you because they don’t really ask, and then you’ll have to repeat yourself several times. They consistently leave out parts of orders, whether we’ve ordered in-restaurant or online, and look confused when it’s brought to their attention. The food and absolutely terrible service really isn’t worth the exorbitant prices, you’re better off just sticking with Chipotle if you like this style of Mexican food.

I ordered through Door dash. I ordered 3 pastor tacos and 2 tamales. I got 5 Tacos and no tamales. The tacos were so salty. I couldn't eat them... garbage. Horrible and jokable. NEVER AGAIN. I'M am a chef and former cafe owner..I will share my experience everywhere

Got a steak bowl and it was all rice and maybe 1/2 cup of steak?? Not worth the price for barely any meat :(

My family ate there and the food was pretty bland and flavorless. Definitely do not recommend. If you go get the basic cheese quesadilla or the chips and queso. Worship music was playing and I really appreciate that.

Stopped in for late lunch. Lots of free parking. First time at a Surcheros. Buffet style ordering at the counter. Full Tex-Mex menu. We went with burritos and chips. You pick the wrap/bowl then pick your fillings. Everything was fresh. Mild seasoning. You can add heat at the salsa bar. Chips were a bit salty but not over the top. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. For a brand new location seating seemed rough but clean. Coke products self-serve in Styrofoam cups.
