The Waffle House in Bluffton SC was great, they were under staffed this night but let me tell you how much our waitress had it together, she was waiting on everyone in the diner. She was so good that I never had to ask for anything, she kept my cherry cola full the entire time as well as .y coworkers, she very polite.

Wait staff was horrible. Waited a half hour to be seated before we walked out empty tables were left full of dirty dishes. Nobody would clear the tables for us to be seated. We left and went to another waffle house location and had a wonderful experience.

We stayed in an Airbnb nearby. We tried this place for breakfast because it seemed cheaper than the other diners. Well, you get what you pay for. Our server seemed as if she just didn't want to be there. The windows where our booth was were filthy with dirty fingerprints from kids. My husband's eggs were runny. He had to eat around the raw portions of the eggs. She forgot to bring his bacon, when I asked she said he didn't order it. When she returned with the bacon, she apologized and said she forgot to write it down. My homefries were good. When we returned to the car, my husband saw that i parked where a glass beer bottle was broken. Overall, it was a bad experience. We will probably avoid revisiting any wafflehouse again.

For some reason , in this location - its always FREEZING cold in there. Food gets cold very quickly. Very uncomfortable. Needs to be fixed or you’ll keep losing customers
