Service like this is hard to come by. Every staff member moves with a purpose and is communicative and cooperative with each other and the customer.Even though those traits are in the job description, they are rarely present in crew members like they are at this Waffle House. What is not a part of the job description is chemistry.The team here has chemistry in a way that is pleasant and inspires me to start my day and work with my own team in a similar fashion. That kind of chemistry is what movies are made of. It is so special because it can vanish much quicker than it came, it takes one negative person.Seeing all of those stars align had me fighting tears. To simply be taken care of in a pleasing space is so important. It genuinely makes the world a better place.This Waffle House should have a big gold star next to it on Google maps.Good work to Chelly and the staff today.

The owner/manager needs to get involved, get cameras or something. We went in at ~9:00 PM on a Friday night. One server, one cook, and maybe 3-4 tables. We sat there for 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged. No offer of a menu pr drinks. IF YOU ARE THE OWNER, DO NOT BELIEVE ME, check the cameras.

The hiring manager made me wait on her for 40 minutes to interview me, and on top of that was extremely rude and wasted my time Never again will I frequent here.
This Waffle House can be hit or miss on food and service but my most recent trip was good. The food was ok, not the best but not the worst. The service was good. Our waitress was friendly and took good care of us.

I'm sorry but the lil white dude on the grill had to be high! He spoke of Whippits to my 9yr old child and went and inhaled/downed some whip cream. It was late around 11ish so I guess they were night shift. I cancelled my order since he had it wrong and I couldn't eat with my child.Our waitress was polite and tried her best to make up for the cook. However my child really did enjoy her chocolate chip waffle and eggs when she finally got it.
Upon entering the Waffle House on Boundary Street, we were greeted with a hardy good morning! Several smiling workers were busy frying, stirring, and serving. We were directed to our selection of very clean tables in this bright, open feeling space. The view out the broad windows was surprising with gigantic Live Oaks draped everywhere. In a moment, Daisha our delightful server, engaged us with menus while inquiring about our morning. We ordered sweet tea and coffee, and she breezed away leaving smiles at every table along her path. Shortly, Miss Daisha brought perfect cheesy eggs, hash browns (overcooked as requested), waffles, and bacon. The whole ensemble reminded us of home. We ate and laughed at our own pace. At various points Miss Daisha swooped in to refill nearly empty glasses and cups, leaving behind some joy as she worked. Father and daughter enjoyed an extended conversation. Sun shined. Music played. Good times.

I don't even know where to begin. So first off I walk up and a girl is smoking a cigarette. When she comes back in she does not wash her hands. Next I walk up to the bar and there's dirty dishes across the whole bar. It took them almost 10 minutes to clear it and never wipe it down. While my food is being made I'm watching them make waffles and stack the plates on top of other waffles. So basically the bottom of the plate is sitting on top of someone's waffle. Then they got my order wrong. As I'm watching I see a girl eating while taken people order. Really? But what really pissed my off is, I guess they wash their dishes in front of the bar. While I'm eating this girl splashes dirty water and soap all over my food. Does not even apologize or anything. Just looks at me like I would have the audacity to be upset. Does not even attempt to make it right. I love waffle house but this is the first time I've been to this particular one. And I WILL NEVER COME BACK. They had 10 workers or so and that place was so discombobulated up and down. My waffle was burnt, my hashbrowns were soggy, but the eggs were good while I had a chance to enjoy them. There was one kid in there maybe 17 years old who did try to make it right but I just left. Shame on this establishment.
