Do you realize how low the standards must be when the service at McDonald’s feels exceptional in comparison? That’s the impression this staff has left on your franchise. As much as I love Wendy’s, I wouldn’t be upset if this location closed down entirely—it’s that disappointing.
I’ve never seen anyone go to such extreme lengths to drive away customers, all so they can sit outside and smoke weed while we wait in line at the drive thru. Every time I come, it’s a new excuse—and I know it’s all bs. I will never visit another Wendy’s in Beaufort. Ever. They both suck!

I would give it 0 stars but that’s not possible. I went at 9:15pm on 12/15. As I pulled into the parking lot, all of the workers were on the back patio smoking and laughing at the cars waiting to be assisted. By the time it got to be my turn, I waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to the speaker. They then informed me of limited menu which is fine, but when I asked for clarification I got a snarky response and was told they are closing soon even though all signs say they close at 2am and it is barely 930pm. I then let them know thank you but I will pass and as I drove away all workers returned to the outdoor seating area to smoke and ignore the other customers. Save yourself the time and just go to the McDonald’s across the street or Taco Bell 1.5min up the road. I wouldn’t even bother with this location. Not sure why it’s even open if employees just get to have social hour when on the clock.

This particular location often disappoints. The fancy soda machine is always out of everything except diet or zero sugar stuff. The frosty machine is often broken or they are out of whatever flavor you’re wanting. Tonight they just “weren’t serving frostys”. Ladys Island Wendy’s-do better!

ran here last night 12/7 for something quick was told card only when asked for a receipt told the receipt machine not working when i got home the burger if you want to call it thst was burnt and rock hard never again I think the board of health should take a close look at this place

The employees literally sit outside ALL DAY and smoke weed and if you pull into the driveway they just get mad at you for interrupting them. Don’t believe me? Pull up to this Wendys and you go by the patio. there is a %70 chance the prepubescent employees are ALL sitting on the deck smoking weed when you pull up and thats all the patio smells like and they choose to do that and yell into the microphone with an attitude as they smoke weed when you want to buy food. At least the prior crew that smoked marijuana could put out and correctly run a restaurant. This store will be shut down any day now. I wish we had the old crew back but these little kids working here now must have run them off!

Should have read the reviews before I got in line at the drive-through here. Was only two cars in front of me, I waited just over 20 minutes. My double cheeseburger was barely warm. I thought they might have run out of hamburger today.
Place is always closed for indoor dining! Unfriendly employees when it’s open for indoor ordering. After parking and walking up to the door to see if indoor was open, door was open but someone inside yelled drive through only! I’ll not be back!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Me and my husband got disappointed not once, twice but for four times… first they made an excuse of server down and didn’t took our order , second time when i ordered frosty thru mobile app and went to pick up they said their machine is not working and refused to give my refund, third time when we went on a drive thru lady yelled at us and said only doordash and mobile orders… when my husband asked ‘can we place it rn and pick it up?’ She again yelled at us and when today we placed an order on mobile app they gave us incorrect and missing order… I ordered for $66 and I didn’t got my frosty and got wrong nuggets and they asked us to come to the parking and made us wait for 20 mins…when i tried to called them , they didn’t answer my call… i never understood the hours nor their excuses like why cant they take orders… i think their management is worst…whatsoever it is, but dude we didn’t do anything wrong with you atleast dont try to show attitude and tantrums to the customers… who are just expecting food from you for which they’re paying you and not taking anything for free and that’s what your work is i guess… if you’re working there… and for which you get paid!

The employees are literally having a whole crew smoke break on the patio and refuse entry to the inside and said mobile order only. I have come here and it’s the same every day. 0 stars honestly. They never do their job and every one of them should be fired. Why come to work to turn customers away? I would take a picture of them but I don’t think they would like that. It was at least 5 people sitting outside and it’s this way every time I’ve come by the last week.
