I placed a build-your-own pizza order to-go and was really disappointed with the quality and accuracy of my order. When I got home, I realized several toppings were missing no banana peppers or jalapeños, only two small spinach leaves on one slice, and just a few pieces of basil and tomatoes (one of which was on a slice I’d already eaten).
I had also ordered and paid for a 32 oz drink, but was initially given a smaller cup. After checking my receipt and pointing it out, they did correct it. Additionally, my Caprese salad came without dressing, and I had to ask for that as well.
When I called the restaurant about the missing toppings, the staff member immediately tried to argue, insisting that she had added everything and even listing how many pieces she claimed to have put on. While she eventually offered to remake the pizza if I came back, I had already made it home and didn’t want to drive all the way back for something that should’ve been done correctly the first time.
For the price, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service were disappointing. I was expecting a better experience.

The staff is very friendly and is the best part of this place. Pizza is decent and slightly above average what you would expect from a chain. I would not recommend the wings and have yet to try their salads and sandwiches. But so far the food does not make me want to come running back for more.

We will 100% be adding this to our frequent dinner places. The service was the best we’ve experienced in a long time. Mr. Glenn is one of the reasons we will be returning. He was attentive and super friendly with our child. It’s hard to get out with a 3 year old and 8 month old but his friendliness and attentiveness allowed us to enjoy our meal!
