Very nice staff, friendly and fast service
I usually love the zensation salad. Picked up one today. It was not up to your usual standards by a long shot. The greens were badly wilted, the chips were stale tasting and the egg roll was tuff and over cooked. Very disappointing.

Everything was good nothing to complain about. Great service.
No customer service. Everyone was more interested in touching their dreads and twisting them while food was being passed around. No hygiene. No safe food practices. Absolutely disgusting. Then I got my food. The SMALLEST pieces of chicken I've ever seen in my life. They gave me a TINY portion of terrible tasting fries. The only reason why I felt full after I ate was because I had a large soda after. I wouldn't eat here if I was starving.
Ordered food for pick up at 2:09 , supposed to be ready curbside at 2:30. Arrived at 2:36, checked in 3 times and still waiting & it's 2:58!!!!
Save yourself the Anxiety and don't order ahead!
Ramond has one of the best customer service I have ever seen. He is one outstanding guy, very nice, and when I asked him for anything he did it on the spot. Very very great work. Zaxby’s in Beaufort SC. GREAT JOB RAMOND!!

Nice and clean.
Very disappointed with the wait. We had a two ppl order, were asked to pull over to the side of the drive through and did not get our order until we got tired of waiting and went inside only to find that our food was getting cold on the shelf and they had forgotten about us.
Very disappointed!!! They served old, nasty food that had been sitting from days prior!!! The chicken was served leftover, the fries were STALE!!!
