Rude customer service. I told the lady the fruit punch was lighter than normal. She said well that’s fruit punch. I get home my husband tasted it. It tasted like carbonated water. Tried to call but the line only gave a busy signal.

My visit today was the worst one yet. I used the drive thru and ordered what I usually order...a chicken stip kids meal. I always order a small Pepsi with the meal instead of the Capri Sun or milk and it has never been a problem before. Today I get told that I can't order a Pepsi. I explained that I always do and I was rudely told that it would be an extra charge. I have never been charged before but I didn't say anything. I pull up to the window and I am handed my Pepsi, which is a large. No problem, that would be the reason for the extra charge. The employee in the drive thru was not friendly at all and acted like they didn't want to be there. I get to back to work and open my box to find only 2 chicken strips....no fries. And I was given sweet and sour sauce. I was never even asked what sauce I wanted but that would not have been my choice. So now I have no fries and have to eat chicken with no sauce. I didn't have time to drive back to the restaurant to let them know the problem with my order. I have used this location numerous times as it is located near my office but I have never experienced such rude employees nor had my order so wrong.

I'm hoping these were just unfortunate flukes, and if so, I'll eventually update the review. But last week, I ordered a 3 piece meal, got home, only had two pieces. Called the restaurant and the manager said I could pick up another any time. Went today at 4:15 and placed an order, mentioned the chicken. No problems. Got to the window and asked if I could add one side. The young girl said she couldn't add anything at the window. I thought this was ridiculous, because while I get the intent, it was just a side (which are already prepared) and no one was behind me. I say fine, she hands me my food and says have a good day. I start to pull off and realize she didn't give me my drink. I back up, wave in the window, point this out, and she says "Oh sorry" and then proceeds to make my drink. I've never had such problems back to back (added with minor annoyances), so hopefully I can alter this review after a couple more visits.

KFC is not what it used to be The chicken does not taste like it did back in the late '60s or '70s they have changed so much the original recipe has gone needs to come back

Place is trash have to pull up past the drive through and wait for 10 minutes just for them to still not put everything in the bag. I mean how hard is it to but the damn food in the BAG???
Went Tuesday for the 10.00 special. Told cashier that I wanted it mixed ( white & dark meat ) . After I got home it was nothing but legs and tight * .No where in the advertisement does it state all dark meat . I will not be going back.

Unfortunately never can order from here on door dash for some reason. The inside of the store has seen better days. employees were sitting in the dining room listening to loud music on 4/6.Per usual this location messed up my order. Ordered extra crispy with fries and mac n cheese to go, first it came out for dine in all wrong, told her what the correct order was and she still boxed it wrong.Lesson for others, NEVER leave this place without checking your order.
