Wow.. I am fine if KFC goes out of business now. This has to be the worst chicken place now. I ate there yesterday (1/5/26) and was the worst food I've had in a long time- felt nauseous after eating there. Krystal's is even better and that's not saying much.

We waited over 20 minutes for our drive-through order and were asked to pull to the side because it would “be out in a minute.” After continuing to wait, we went inside to check on our order and found the staff standing around talking about what they received for Christmas. When my husband asked about our food, they said they didn’t know which car the order belonged to. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and customer care. Management and ownership need to do better with training and accountability. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. This experience was unacceptable.

Store manager is as rude as can be. Placed a pick up order at 4. Came to pick up at 445. They closed at 430 on Xmas eve which is fine but when we came to pick up food and asked what do about food or a refund we were basically told figure it out by her. Called customer service for a refund and still nothing.

I frequently use the drive-thru & tonight I thought why not leave a great review. Tonight's 2 piece dark was excellent. The young lady at the window was excellent...if I have a complaint it has to do with their sandwich...this store puts way too much mayonnaise or sauce on it. Otherwise the Clearwater store is my go-to!

Order was delivered quickly. I made a special request and they honored it. I had the chicken sandwich and the chicken was fantastic and there was a lot of chicken between those buns. Friendly service. I recommend this KFC!

I came here and Very rude black lady in drive thru is very un professional and absolutely rude would not recommend
I stopped in this particular kfc in Clearwater sc to order my normal 4 piece big box. But since I was riding my motorcycle, and I needed to use the facilities, I decided to go inside. Once inside I went to the bathroom and noticed the door were locked. So I went to the counter and waited for someone to service me. No one came. There was an employee, a young lady there that was trying to get into the back that told me that they now lock the doors to the bathrooms. I'm like okay, I understand. However, I needed to use it and wash my hands. After several more min, the young lady reached over the counter, opened the door and proceeded to the back. I'm thinking she was going to get the key and unlock the doors for me. But she disappeared and never came back. At this point, the lady preparing the food in the back, looks up at me and says someone will be there in a min, I said to her that I've been up here already for 10 min and I need to use the bathroom. A couple more minutes go by and another young lady approached from the back and asked me could she take my order and I said yes but first I need to get into the bathroom. She walks off, comes back a couple minutes later and ask if I were just in the drive thru line. Now at this point, I'm irritated bc this has crossed the line of ridiculous. So I say to her sternly, no Ma'am, I was not outside in line, I've been here upfront for 10 min, needing the bathroom key and to order my food. Then I'm going to assume the manager yells at me that I don't need to talk to her like that and that I needed to order something... which sounds like a damn good idea, except for the fact I've been standing there for 15 min with no service! The young lady told her that I was ordering food but needed the bathroom first but instead of listening, she yelled at me again and at that point the door was finally opened and I used the bathroom. I've been on this Earth almost 60 yrs. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior towards a customer. I know places have rules about their bathrooms. I understand. I know that some places are short staffed and sometimes you have to wait a little to place an order. I understand. But as a Man, I will not be disrespected this way, nor spend my hard earned money where decency is no where to be found. And no, I didn't place an order from the people who thought they could treat me that way.... also, I use to eat at this place almost 3 times a week, I've gotten orders wrong, food cold, etc. I've dealt with it..... but blatant disrespect, never!

They used to be really good. I don't know what's happened over the last few months but they've really gone downhill. We tried them again today instead of driving across town to the other one and was sadly disappointed. Order was missing items. Sides were not correct, biscuits were hard, and chicken was really greasy and soggy.

Rude customer service. I told the lady the fruit punch was lighter than normal. She said well that’s fruit punch. I get home my husband tasted it. It tasted like carbonated water. Tried to call but the line only gave a busy signal.
