Went through the drive thru placed my order. Got up to the window and they asked me to pull around to the front. They were no other cars in the parking lot and no customers inside. I had to sit there another 15 minutes for my food to come out. ? When I got home our burgers and fries were cold. And the fries tasted like fish. They need to get better management.

Some factors could be a little better, but in general, this is one of two Burger King locations in the Belton-Honea Path area. This one isn't terrible though. The staff seems friendly enough and the food is actually hot and typically prepared correctly. I have had more than one vastly different experience at the Honea Path one. I will only go to the one in Belton (this one).

I passed through Belton today a little after 4pm. I stopped at this BK and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean environment. I only had fries, but they were very good.

This was the most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. Went through the drive through, ordered, paid. Was given my drink and told to pull around to the parking lot. After a 30 minute wait, I go inside the restaurant to see what's going on. 2 employees. One is sitting in a booth talking to her child and the cook is doing something else-not cooking or preparing food. "They forgot". There was no one else in there or in the drive through.

Horrible service despite speaking with the supervisor on call! It took me 10 minutes just to place my order then I waited another 20 for a chicken sandwich that they said took 6 minutes to cook. I waited another 20 minutes.

It was good, Williamston needs to get accainted with fetch. 25.00 is crazy for chicken sand, 2 whoopers, fries n onion rings. Use to be like 12!! Not any more. That's why u got the fetch cards to go out n eat as sometimes I work late n fast food seems to be the answer. Just not at BK, to expensive!! n they don't take the fetch rewards to pay for it. Have to go to Greenville if I use fetch.

How does a plain Chicken Jr. come with MUSTARD? They tried to cover it with mayo...what part of mustard and mayo is plain? Who puts mustard on a doggone chicken sandwich? And, why is it hard to get a whopper Jr. with no pickle and cheese? you specifically order a whopper without cheese, to get home and find that your meal is not infact dairy free, as ordered. We were excited to have more evening options other than McDonalds...I guess that's why we have a kitchen at home! Such a nasty and disgusting disappointment. Welcome to fast food anywhere in 2023!
