Great first impression when a good friend and I had lunch here one day. Upon his recommendation, we took the 25-minute drive to this little gem in the countryside of Anderson.

I'm from out of town. I am working on the power grid restoration and wanted to try some local eatery. I'm glad I did because the service was lightening quick, the food was hot and tasty! Must stop at, when you are in the area. Tomato pie was delicious. The shrimp po boy was fresh with a fresh hoagie. Fried pickles were tasty.
Delicious but not the same as before. Slightly mitigated by a bigger portion.
I got the brisket grilled cheese sandwich. Hubs got the shrimp and grits.
