Wanted to get the "make it a combo" and the worker said he couldn't do that. I know it can, so asked again. Then he got angry with me, all the while his manager ignored the situation.

We haven’t been here in a while due to the workers. But the new people y’all got are great!
Parking: The new parking lot made it smooth to come in and park into a spot.

If they get your order right then it's good but most the time it's charged incorrectly or made incorrectly. The shift leaders have zero customer service skills and their speed of service is atrocious
It would be nice to have a barcode that works when you buy the food and when you are an employee at the store they say they don’t understand the codes. If I owned a franchise I would make sure my employees know what to do instead of playing dumb. I am sick of this with Hardee’s

Today they get a 2,star only because they were open! This honestly was the worst experience with Hardee's my monster burger was cold nothing but pieces of bacon, my fries were super cold! My daughter had the hotham combo it was cold ham juice over everything! Also there was nobody in the restaurant!

Just left this location after trying 2 other restaurants and having to leave due to rude attitudes. My food was served fast, while still being piping hot and tasting super fresh. The upper management of this store definitely doing the thing. 10/10 would highly recommend.
