I just went through the drive-through at the KFC in Belton. I ordered the eight piece chicken nuggets with fries and a tea. The lady was very nice and asked me to pull forward which I didn’t understand because there was no car behind me, but I did I sat there 6 minutes and two other cars That did pull up left and no one had still brought my food out. so I got out of my car and walked to the drive-through window. They had obviously forgotten my order. They fixed it and brought it to me. I did not get what I ordered up. Got coleslaw instead of a biscuit which was fine but they didn’t give me a fork to eat it with. I had asked for ketchup at my as my sauce and I didn’t get any of that either I should’ve went back through the drive-through the third time and had them correct it!
Food is disgusting and manager there is discriminate against a women with disabilities and racist the Food was cold and hard an dry somewhat burnt the drinks tasted like chemicals type cleaning agents was told to get her and dog out of her store now

Chicken did not taste at all like kfc.The chicken is usually flaky and tasteful and this was so bland . The biscuit was stale and hard. Not up to kfc standards that’s for certain.
