I am reporting the unsatisfactory service I received at the KFC located at 326 S. Main Street, Belton, SC (Restaurant #L765024) on July 23, 2024. Despite placing my order at 7:15pm, I encountered significant delays and poor treatment from the staff. Initially asked to pull up and wait, I was later directed to park in a designated area, which I deemed unsafe. The cashier's demeanor turned rude and unprofessional, denying my request for a $14.27 refund. I was advised that refunds are not permitted, despite the absence of clear signage. I requested to speak with a manager, who identified themselves as the same individual and reaffirmed the no-refund policy. I pursued a refund in person, highlighting the lack of clear signage, and ultimately received my money back. This experience fell short of expectations and I will not be returning to this establishment. #L765024. Employees have to be mindful at all times, because they have no idea who they’re serving. With the lack of unprofessionalism, that crew just cost this establishment some significant business.

Do not go here to eat. This place sucks on service,they charge 30 for 3 small fries, small mashed potatoes and gravy, and 2 Mac and cheese. Then they got order wrong 2 times. This place is no good to eat at. I would not let nobody eat here period. They need to get rid of this restaurant all together

I showed up at 8pm Wednesday Jul 24th for taco bell and some KFC and the guy at the counter said "there are no Tacobell employees tonight and everything is out of stock in KFC" How is KFC out of stock of everything if your doors are still open until closing time?

This place just needs to be shut down. Pulled up to the speaker and the lady on the other end very rudely said, " hold on" so we did for probably 10 minutes. Spoke into the speaker trying to get someone's attention multiple times with no avail. We decided to pull up to the windows and received a glare from the lady because we interrupted her phone time. With a lot of attitude, she opened the window and toom our order. It then took her another 10 minutes to retrieve a two piece leg box and mashed potato which when we got home to eat was completely inedible. Even the biscuit is hard and dried out. Waste of time and waste of money.

I think the health dept needs to come and close this place down. Make sure you check there hold procedures and temperature of the chicken. Pretty sure they are serving chicken from the day before. I know what day old chicken taste like… and what chicken looks like past its hold times. It took me three times and my receipt to show them they owed me a cole slaw. The lady wanted to argue with me. The manager was in the parking lot talking to her man or some man. She was real cozy with him. She should have been in her restaurant doing her job not doing her business. Remember customers can see and hear everything.
The food isn't fresh and if you go later in the evening you get what you get if they have anything at all?!! The taco bell side is just as bad and they got my order wrong and told me oh well thats what you get and wouldn't make it right or go me my money back!! Had I not thought my actions out I would have showed out but that would make me just as bad as them!!! Won't ever eat there again!!! Nasty food and service!!!!

Waited forever for an Uber order. All the while listening to someone who apparently was a manager belittling the staff. Pure chaos. Had to threaten to cancel the order before someone finally put it together for me. Ridiculous!

Prices are ridiculous everywhere. But! Go grab a Famous Bowl or the "potato" bowl as we call it. Inexpensive and filling!
