It's ok sometimes .but some times u got to stand there until someone comes an waits on u ,
I go here because my son is very picky but he loves their French fries. Never again will I go to this one though. I paid at 9:15pm, I didn’t get to leave the drive thru until 9:47pm. The worker had to come to my car to ask for the receipt because they lost track of my order! 32 minutes for 12 nuggets, 3 fries, and a McDouble. I had to go inside myself to find out what was going on and get my own order. I’d understand if they were busy but there was only 4 cars in line and no one was waiting inside.
Went to order a McFlurry and of course the machine is down again for about the 4th or 5th time. Do not go to this location for ice cream. The McDonald's in Williamston also told us that they're not serving ice cream at this time! Going to the Nutty Sweet Shop!
Driest double quarter pounder ever. Even my dog choked on it.
Ordered via the app because card reader was down food was the worst I have ever had the burgers were burnt and had no flavor the fries were soggy and again flavorless my son's kids meal had no toy in it and the fries(barley any) were to the point they made him sick. Called the store the next morning to ask for a refund and was put on a hold while on hold the GM and the girl that took the call were bad mouthing and making fun of me for calling in because I wanted a refund for food that was so bad it had to be thrown out. What's even more sad is for a small order and hardly anyone else waiting took an hour just to get my food that night.
Order wrong 3 different times. Service was very slow.
Awful service and attitude. Lady named Marian that works at Belton location is hateful and rude and can’t half do her job. Has to go through the drive thru twice. Was told to pull up to get my gallon of yea waited and it never came so I went inside. This Marian lady proceeded to ignore me and finally after waiting for a while I asked for my gallon of tea with receipt in hand. This woman proceeded to tell me that it was up to the drive thru lady taking the orders to get my gallon and never came over to the counter. She also completely ignored another lady who had came in and didn’t even acknowledge her or take her order. I finally asked for a manager who went and got my tea. And then took care of the other lady and her order. This Marian lady has absolutely no business was working g with people in any manner. Please do something about her.
I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I waited 25 minutes for my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The service was incredibly slow and unorganized, and the staff didn’t seem to care about efficiency or customer satisfaction. When I finally received my order, the food was cold and not up to McDonald’s usual standards. If this is the level of service they provide, I won’t be coming back to this location again!
Two cars in drive thru. Waited 10minutes just to get to the speaker. Then the cashier asked me to wait a sec. I waited another 5 minutes or so then she asked for my order I told her and she then again said please hold a sec. So I waited again. She finally came back and asked for my order again. I told her she got it wrong. so I told her again. And then she forgot half the order so then I told here for the fourth time. Finally got to the window and one more time I had to say the order. Total of 5 times waited over 20 minutes for three cheeseburgers and two fries. And spent over 15 dollars for something that would have been less than 7 three years ago. Pay people more service should be better but unfortunately everywhere it's worse.
This McDonald's in Belton sucks it should be closed down the people are rude and the food is nasty and every time you go there to get ice cream the machine is down it's either down or they're too lazy to make one it's pathetic

If I could leave a 0 star review that would definitely be it. I went here with my girlfriend to get the kids something quick to eat. They took forever to serve us. So when we asked to be served they said “chill out” and was very rude and disrespectful the rest of the time we were there.
The service and food here has really gone downhill not that it was ever uphill but I just spent 26 minutes in line for 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry wich was half filled lol and the manager there is absolutely terrible bad attitude and likes to argue with the customers about what they said or didn't say.
I was in line way to long no one ever came to take orders from anyone ....... If u can't find good help maybe u should close your door for good worst experience ever

Whoever owns or manages this McDonald’s should really consider who they are putting at the window to greet customers and ring them up.. I ordered on the app, and did not need a receipt so I went to pick up my food as I drove past a large woman rolled her window down and yelled at me to put my truck in reverse to come and get my receipt in an extremely hostile manner she then proceeded to come to the next window and tried to put the receipt in my bag as a young blonde woman (who is the only reason this didn’t get one star) was kindly bagging my food up I repeated again I do not want my receipt she stuffed it in my bag and made a rude comment then huffed off. This was breakfast, not how I want to start my morning especially as it was food I was picking up for my dying father. The only reason I didn’t give this one star is for the sweet blonde woman bagging my food. You need to reconsider your hires
