Firstly I ordered 2 mchickens and fries with a sweet tea . Got a completely different order so I came back they exchanged my order which the mchickens had no lettuce and were cold , the fries were cold and the sweet tea was definitely not sweet. Pissed is a understatement

well first of all tonight dec 11th around 6:25ish pm the workers in ther took forever but that wasnt even my problem my concern is when it gets to a point where they dont put all of my food that I PAY FOR in the bag so when i send my daughter in there to get the food she comes out telling me there talking shit about her coming back amd getting one more burger that were missing that like i said I PAID FOR, maybe it takes speaking to a manager or something but bad customer service definitely they gotta do better

I have lived in this city for almost a decade. Go here a couple times a week for coffee, a quick bite etc. I am today changing my 5 star to a 1 star review because of the rude and unsanitary experience I had with the manager this morning. She handed me a black iced coffee with whipped cream on top after they had already handed me someone else drink and took it back after I had my hands on it in my car.... first food safety mistake... then she walked my drink to a trash can in my direct view and with her bare hands used the lid, which EVERYONE else touches with their bare hands to scrape off the whipped cream to add milk to it.... then hands it back to me, no apology, no have a nice day. All fine and well if I wasn't a high risk autoimmune patient. That would be no different then you taking the ice out with your bare hands. Glad I paid $6 for a coffee I now cant drink 🙃. Here's to hoping you dont get sick if you eat here! Unprofessional and unsanitary on many levels.

Waited for 20 minutes dining in had a table topper number 22 that say we will bring the food to you so I waited and waited. After 20 went to counter to inquire about my order manager says I have been calling and calling number 637 I’m thinking so what my table number is 22 and suppose to bring it to me. Food was in to-go bag and no drink. Got back to table and food was cold butter melted and soaked through bag. No apologies or any attempt to make things right. Poorest customer service ever. Calling 637 also means nothing when machine was out of paper and gave me nothing. They can bring it to your car but not your table so what’s the point and you ordered at the kiosk so I did all the work. They need some big time help in the customer service department and learn to focus on the customers and not all the personal gossip behind the counter the whole store floor hears everything. Well that was my wonderful breakfast story to start my day. Rough and very disappointing breakfast.

I rarely have an issue at this McDonald’s , but I waited at curbside for 20 minutes and find out my order was canceled it said not available. I walk in and everyone was being served the same thing I ordered . A happy meal and a shake . If it’s not available then huh ? I ask when I will get a refund and the cashier was like I don’t know . Like if you aren’t taking curbside orders then maybe block those . I will not be returning anytime soon and I was ordering a few times a week
