Food is always made incorrectly. They don't say any type of greeting or thank you for visiting us EVER. You will never be given your food at the window cause they only care about the drive thru timer so they make you park even for something small. And when they do they never ask politely they just tell you to park. The managers (especially the older black lady with the musty Mary J Blige wig)are lacking in their management skills allowing for horse play and questionable conversations at the ears of customers. For as expensive as the food is I expect better but this place is worse with each visit.

They took care of the drive thru and not the people inside. We ordered and waited so long just to get a straw. We were ignored and waited another 20-30 minutes before we said we want a refund. We won’t be back. If they have the dining room open they should take care of it.

After waiting 20 minutes for our order the manager was rude along with the rest of the staff because we order 60 nuggets so its going to be a while which is understandable but what doesn’t make sense is the 14 drive thru customers getting their food quick because of their “times” as we were told by McDonald’s employee it’s sad that this is set up this way

Dirty, waited 10 min before anyone noticed we were standing up front waiting to pay. They were more concerned with not dealing with anyone in the back.

This McDonald's is better than most in my opinion! But, you still have to watch out for them sending your order out through that drive thru window. They shorted me 40 nuggets on my double order of 40 nuggets special. Fries were perfect but if I would have driven 20 miles to the house without having enough since to check my bag, I would have been furious.I truly think all McDonald's have lowered their standard of employees to keep cheap labor or something. I just don't get why it's so hard to take an order and give exactly what they ordered. I accept mistakes and it's truly expected, but, my goodness this is the worst ever. If Chick-fil-A can get it right surely McDonald's can too if they try.

Waited over 10 mins (2nd) in drive thru for 2 drinks!!! They stated that they only had 2 people working (during the Christmas parade)..... the owners either need to either come in and help or close the doors and of course No ICREAM or SHAKES!

The past 4 visits here my order was wrong in some way. I was shorted items & items were incorrectly made. All the manager said was sorry. She made no effort to make it right other than offering me a free apple pie!
