Best Japanese food me and my husband have tried for a small local restaurant. Never disappoints on flavor. Been clients since we moved to belton (2019). Food is a little pricey but it's worth it. We just tried another Japanese restaurant in greenville st and definitely tokyo express is 10/10 compared to other Japanese steakhouse near by. Atmosphere is a 4 start only because it's really quite when we dine in. Customer service is excellent 👌 very nice people

Simply awesome. This place is my go to spot for hibachi. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, I love this place and I love their food. I’ve gone here so many times and my order has always been perfect. 1000/10. if you’re in Belton and you’re craving some Japanese food this is the place.

We get take out from here typically once per week. Only negative thing I could say is the crab Rangoon use to be better than it has been for the past couple of months, but over all the food is all very delicious.
Update** they have corrected the issue with the crab Rangoon, it is delicious once again!

I'm guessing this is another establishment that COVID killed. Went today. First impression made me almost not want to eat there. Dirty parking lot, followed by the dirtiest restaurant doors I've ever seen. Inside is dingy and could use a severe deep clean. I ordered shrimp fried rice. As far as portion goes I was given the tiniest portion of shrimp and rice for $13.05 . This is not even fried rice! It's literally just rice and soy sauce smh. I wanted some good food and instead got my whole day ruined.

I was a little pleasantly surprised steamed dumplings were absolutely delicious the tempura shrimp or maybe a 3 1/2 to 4 they did not use the correct batter for a tempura the prices were medium
