The food was good and the drive-thru, to be honest, to be honest, was kinda slow however I have never seen a young person working so hard.. she was taking orders and payments and then actually RUNNING the food to the vehicles that were waiting in the "pull forward" spots. I told my 16-year-old daughter who was with me that I wish we had just one like her working at our company! Wonderful job !

They kept handing me the wrong food mulitple times, don't know if they were high or what but no one in there could process what was going on around them. The store was completely empty and only 1 car behind me. I normally don't write reviews unless I get sick from eating somewhere, so low and behold here I am. The food also made me and my friend violently ill. Don't eat at this location.

who sells coffee but no creamer???!!!Evidently Wendy's in Belton does. I thought the whole point of getting coffee at a drive thru at 7:30a.m. was to drink it then. Not be told to take it home and put cream in it or go to ingles to get some.

I have actually never been to a Wendy's and really wasn't expecting much. I got a number 6 Spicy Chicken Sandwhich. I feel like being fast food it can definitely depend on the location or even the time for said location but I personally had a great meal. I was expecting a lazy mess but the food was put together nicely and the sandwich was really good. So we're the fries and coke. The service was really fast and polite as well.Only issue this location seemed to have was they need a new speaker system as they struggled to hear me and the car ahead of me.

The AM and early evening crew at this Wendy's location have been jam up for the past several months. Kind friendly service, try to get your order correct and as quick as possible.Staff does a great job trying to keep the lobby and restrooms of this very dated facility clean. This is likely one of the oldest Wendy's that hasn't had a complete remodel in the local area so don't be surprised if the interior isn't what you would expect, you can tell much of the interior is original and dated, even so it's very clean and the crew takes pride in keeping it that way.On the AM and early evening crew the food has always been fresh and hot. Sadly can't say the same for the late night experience here..This location sees a lot of traffic from BHP and Honeapath so it's often slammed just before and after school hours. For best dinning experience I would recommend visiting somewhere between 9 AM - Noon. If you want breakfast the breakfast menus changes to lunch at 10:30 AM Sharp so make it in before then for breakfast ?

First off I really do love their salads. But when we went to Wendy's on Sunday night we ordered frosties. They weren't Frozen they weren't even cold. It was just liquid and when they handed us our order they said sorry we just put it in and it's not frozen yet. So, if you want to Frosty or anything else that's supposed to be cold ask if it is frozen.

The store itself was clean. The food was good. The service there is ridiculous. My daughter ordered a baconator and baconator fries my husband bought one of the crispy chicken sandwich meals and I ordered 2 sour cream chive potatoes and a Cobb salad. My daughter didn't get the baconator fries but got chili cheese ones. My husband's fries were left out and I only got 1 potato. Not to mention we asked for extra sour cream and ranch dressing for the salad. I had a coupon for a free frosty that my daughter wanted to try the pumpkin and they took it. We brought our disabled elderly neighbor with us who bought a cheese burger and wanted to use a coupon for free baconator fries. They wouldn't let her because she rode with us. It was 2 seperate orders and my point is we didn't show our butts when they messed our order up and made us wait over 20 minutes before it was made right and this was a very plainful disabled and elderly lady with an order of her own but was embarrassed when the man in the back yelled y'all aren't going to pull that over on me. You came in 1 vehicle and used a coupon. Why is it ok to mess up orders with the excuse oh we are busy which really isn't our fault but not allow an elder to.use a coupon just because she can't drive and rode with us. We spent over 40 dollars on our order and were treated like that over a 4.00 value coupon not to mention with an elderly lady. This is not good business and honestly I feel like we should be compensated somehow for the inconvenience of a messed up order the wait to get it fixed and the over all ridiculous and rude behavior from the workers. Can't say that me or anyone in our family can see much of a reason to go back.

I was sitting there for a good ten minute and I even honked my horn twice but no one ever came, the. I drove up to the window hoping someone would be there to take my order, but there was absolutely no body. EVERYONE ON MORNING SHIFT SHOULD BE FIRED AND REPLACED OR THIS PLAY JUST SHOULD NOT LONG BE IN BUSINESS!!
