It's a couple of days after Christmas 2025 and I guess good help is hard to find. Took a few extra minutes to get walk in service, but the fish and impossible whopper sandwiches were correct and good.

Customer service was horrible last night. I went in the store didn’t get no assistance even talk to the manager and she was very rude. Her name was Beverly. Burger King needs to do better as far as attending To the customer needs,they need to hire people that take pride in their jobs
I mean...its Burger King...you know what you are getting. However, there are a good number of fast food joints out there that struggle to get it right. Service was quick, food came out fast and hot, and the fact that son ordered his without pickles and it came that way was nice. They had a picnic
table outside so we could enjoy the weather. Fast for road trip...no big delay like some other fast food places.

Maybe the slowest service we have ever stayed for. The AC unit was leaking condensation onto a cross section of the floor. The floors in the bathroom and the kitchen area were greasy. One of the cooks was sliding across the floor, having trouble keeping his footing. The staff were yelling at and arguing with one another. They were seemingly cordial to us and the other customers. Food for us and multiple families took nearly 10 minutes to come out. And then some of the orders were mixed up with one another. The food however, was hot and made correctly.

As soon as we walked I think the AC was broken or they have the dining room hot. Staff seemed distracted and inattentive to new customers coming. Would probably use the drive thru next time.

Why have a drive thru speaker, if you have to repeat what you ordered when you pay at the first window, and then repeat it again when you get to the 2nd window. Understandable if both speakers are operating, but they had one blocked off.

I didn't get to order. The line was long but this time the police was blocking in the Drive-Thru
The cashier was very rude and didn't want to listen, place was not clean especially the restrooms and the casheir was disrespectful. You pay $31 and get a nasty attitude. My son asked for ketchup and she was really rude and didnt want to give it to him. No grace and friendliness
Terrible service. Waited 5 mins at the speaker, finally drove up to the window, she said something must be wrong with headset but couldn’t take order at window either.
To whom ever the girl with blonde braids is, you have a very nasty attitude when giving out the wrong orders pulled me & my kids up and I had to wait for my food to get remade. I sit in the like for about 15 minutes just to get a window slammed in my face very rude and bad customer service.
