The cashier was very rude and didn't want to listen, place was not clean especially the restrooms and the casheir was disrespectful. You pay $31 and get a nasty attitude. My son asked for ketchup and she was really rude and didnt want to give it to him. No grace and friendliness

Terrible service. Waited 5 mins at the speaker, finally drove up to the window, she said something must be wrong with headset but couldn’t take order at window either.

To whom ever the girl with blonde braids is, you have a very nasty attitude when giving out the wrong orders pulled me & my kids up and I had to wait for my food to get remade. I sit in the like for about 15 minutes just to get a window slammed in my face very rude and bad customer service.

Food was equal to the area. Had to wait on a customer to finish arguing with the staff before I could get my food. Everything tasted relatively good though once I got it.

100% the worse staffing I've seen they can never get the order correct staff is rude as all be called they hung up the phone and said they was not replacing our order that they forget half the items I payed for

Sat in drive thru for 12 minutes before being asked for order, staff didn't care about service. Cars driving off. Finally came on and said they were closing early

TERRIBLE attitude from all employees. No bathrooms. They ran out of burgers?! Burger king .......really. If I could give a negative star I would. Go to mc Donald's down the road, taco bell, or heck the gas station.

I usually don’t have a problem with BK but today was a miss instead of a hit…. We spent $31 on food and everything was lukewarm…they usually do pretty good overall but they were slacking today…I hope they don’t lose their touch because I hate to stop going to BK like I did McDonald’s

Service isn't worth anything. Takes too long to get your food. Place sucks. Makes me never want to see another burger king again. Management must not be worth anything for it to take this long and not have enough employees. And if it's corporate, then they're not worth anything either. No excuse to have literally a person sitting at the window for almost an hour.
