I usually love to go to this cookout. Never had any issues with staff or drive thru time. Until now. I come home to eat, and I take apart my chicken tenders and I see it’s raw. I’m very disappointed in this cookout because I usually love it. I just can’t risk it again 😔

This was a drive thru only. I had to repeat our order a dozen times. She assumed we wanted sweet tea which we didn't and we had no clue a drink even came with our order. My husband had 6 onion rings with his burger and I had a box full of half done fries. 🤷♀️

Horrible experience on this Thursday night/Friday morning. Sat in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes for a bbq sandwich tray, with fries, nuggets, and a sweet tea. The service at this cookout at night, compared to other ones around the area.. it's ridiculous. Slow slow slow. Don't plan on being in a hurry or anything coming here. You'll be late to whatever it is.

Went tonight wanted some food fresh off the wake up was very rude and gota small portions of food and it doesn’t make no sense we need to do better! And den gave 1 sauce for 2 trays what a shame just close the businesses down atp!

Horrible service & attitude. I was training semi truck drivers. We had a group of 10 but of course couldn't fit a semi thru their drive thru. I explained I was in a semi & was trying to order for the group. Lady at window was very rude. Wouldn't take a walk up order. Insisted I had to be in a car even after I explained my situation. The inflection of their voices was disrespectful. My company will be boycotting Cookout. Their loss
