This location has the best pizza we have ever eaten! It is fresh, always hot and just plain delicious! I did a future order and arrived earlier than expected and they began working on it immediately. Great service and delicious pizza and cinnamon twist! Order is always correct!

Ordered 10 pizzas on February 14th. Paid with card over the phone. On February the 18th the money was put back in my account. Called the store and the person I talked with said it was showing short on their end. So I did the right thing and went to the store and paid for the pizzas with cash..On February 19th my card was charged for 88.00. I've been trying to get this issue taken care since. No results yet! Very poor customer service from the manager at this location. We'll go to Godfathers for our group pizza party's. May cost a bit more but it's better quality and customer service. This is a poorly run location!!!! Zero stars!!!

The store in Bennettsville has the worst service out of all the Dominos Pizza's ever. I called a $21 order for delivery in, this afternoon and the driver (a male) said he attempted to delivered the pizza at the address and no one came to the door or nor was the phone was answered, which indicated that I didn't answer te phone. I received no call at all they told me they will not refund my money and I can pick up the pizza that they made when the order was placed hours ago. What kind of service is this? The only reason people order from them because the city of Bennettsville has limited options because the pizza at this location does represent the customer service that Dominoes inspires to be. I will report this incident to corporate. I hope my $21 serves you well. What make this so bad I was having the pizza delivered to an elderly disabled person less than 2 mile down the street. 😶 Make this make sense.

All I wanted was extra Alfredo sauce, was willing to pay for it. You need to add a way to get extra on your sauces too on the website/app!!
I’m writing this as I’m sitting in the parking lot because, once again, they messed up my order, so I gotta wait while they remake it. In the time I’ve lived here, the entire staff has quit at least once and the store has been closed numerous times during regular business hours due to being short staffed. I’ve never had a pleasant interaction in the store or at the drive-up window. The entire staff lacks any semblance of proper customer service skills. If there was a Papa John’s closer than 25 minutes away, I’d never get food from here again. The number of times they’ve forgotten stuff on deliveries is ridiculous - and I’ve never gotten a refund for the forgotten items.

We have ordered from this location at 1220 Bennettsville Square in Bennettsville. We have never had to prepay before we got our order until they delivered it to us. There are some disrespectful people working at this location. We refuse to do any more business at this store. This matter is now being turned over to the corporate office for investigation. I would advise people not to do business at this location.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cheese on the pizza had a distinct sour smell and taste, which completely ruined the meal. It was evident that the cheese was past its prime and not fit for consumption. As a loyal customer, I expect better quality control from Domino's. This experience was disappointing and has left me hesitant to order from them again. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their standards to ensure other customers don't encounter similar issues in the future.
